You set STANDARDS for yourself

   When you were a child your family set the RULES you had to live by.

  Remember that you won't be COMFORTABLE in the skin you are in unless you are COMFORTABLE with what you do in the skin you are in.

  At the end of the day all that matters is that you are proud of everything you did that day. It doesn't matter what anyone else thinks.

  You choose whether you are an HONEST person or not just like you choose what you eat each day.

  Your CHOICES, your RULES, your STANDARDS your BOUNDARIES are THINGS you do for YOURSELF.
