Let the wind blow your hair and relax you enough so that you could hear the birds chirping. Nature is yoga for the mind. Watching the flutter of a butterflies wings is an exercise that's easy to do. Even following a trail of ants is a yoga step. Every small step you take toward inner peace is a few seconds of distraction that will help clear your mind. Try to think of the bugs not what's bugging you.

Imagine what a tree must feel like. The tree gives you shade from the sun and brings you a breeze. It lets the animals make it their home and sometimes they bare us fruit. But every fall it is stripped of it's leaves and is forced to withstand the freezing winter as it stands alone outside. There is a reason for the seasons. Learn to plant and harvest in the spring and summer. Be sure and relax in the fall cause winter is gonna come. Remember that mighty oak tree was once a little nut that held it's ground.

I could tell by the look in your eyes that you were having a bad day and needed a hug. If my eyes could meet with yours they would light up with my smile that I will send your way. I hope a smile will begin to spread on your face and hug your cheeks as we go on our way. Hug a stranger with your smile without the fear of catching the flu.

For those whose lives are being destroyed from first a tornado then a flood: HANG ON! You might feel like your up a creek without a paddle but....Dont jump out of the boat or the sharks will eat you alive. Keep your chin up and take off your shoes and paddle your boat. Let the rain wash away your doubts cause you know your the only one who can figure a way out!!!

Times are tough but they will pass just like the rain storm. Dont do something that will cause you permanent damage when just an umbrella will do. Remember that the grass does grow back healthy and green after a devastating fire with the help of the rain. Within yourself you'll find the strength you need to weather the storm. You may get wet when it rains but...you wont get struck by lightning if you stay indoors.

As I sit here just enjoying the fluffy clouds today feeling refreshed.....A siren can be heard that jolts me back into real time. I could now hear the traffic flowing by as drivers hurry on their way. The planes from the nearby Navy base can be heard as they circle around befor landing. Then a Blue bird catches my eye. As I watch him soar up high I see the fluffy clouds again......Let the good things in life keep you refreshed to get through the day. Enjoy the clouds!!

Friday evening I got my first testimonial that teaching others to let go of their painful expriences and just flush them away would help them flush away a bad day. My friend wrecked her car and as she sat there at the scene with the police and busy traffic all around: she began to become overwhelmed by all the chaos and all the problems this would cause......then she could hear those 3-words-"Just Flush It" and as she began to giggle she realized---What's done is done---It is what it is---and the fact that she wasn't hurt was a reason to smile.
