There are many problems that people are facing that are through no fault of their own. This World has become desensitized to wrong doings to the point where they have become acceptable. The basic simple trait of being Human is to be compassionate. Unfortunately common courtesy, common decency, common sense and compassion are not so common anymore. The problem is we all keep waiting for the World to get better on it's own but as you can see it can't. We all must do our part. If everyone would just Show therefore Teach the Habit of Humanity this World would be a better place to live in.

Just because..... ...you can does not mean you should. ...everyone else is doing it doesn't make it right. ...it works for someone else does not mean it will work for you. ...you heard it was true does not make it true. ...you deserve it does not mean you will get what you deserve. ...it sounds too good to be true is a reason to doubt that it is true. ...it is morally wrong should be the only reason you need to NOT do it. ...your alive is a reason to smile.

If you have to ask yourself how many times you have let the same negative thought bring you a negative outcome then you know it is time to prevent it from doing anymore damage. You will have to get in the habit of recognizing a negative thought and quickly "Just Flush It" out of your mind before it grabs hold of your attention leading you to the same negative outcome. If you want a positive outcome you must only entertain positive thoughts that will lead you to a positive outlook that leads you to a positive outcome. Negative thoughts lead to a negative outlook that will lead you to a negative outcome.

Thinking about too many issues to the point it gives you a headache can't be healthy or wise. Physically you are immobilized by the headache and if you can't think clearly then it would NOT be wise to think you will find the words of wisdom to follow. The best thing to do is to stop, take a deep breath and clear your mind so you can focus. Don't juggle more than you can handle or it will wear you down and you will drop the ball on the things that are most important to you by juggling too many things. Don't lose focus on what is most important because you are thinking about things that don't matter at all.

If you don't ask you won't know the answer. If you don't start it you won't finish it. If you need something done then just do it or find someone to do it because it needs to get done. If you don't look for a way to have "peace of mind" among all the obstacles in life then the reality is you won't find it. If you know it is up to you to enjoy life while you are living then why don't you make room for it by learning to just do what needs to get done so you will have "peace of mind" just from knowing it is already done.

I was trying to relax outside and read a little to enjoy the fall like day when a bee kept distracting me making understanding what I was trying to read impossible. I put down my book and got up to walk away from the bee. When I was safely away that bee started gathering pollen from the flowers that were below the bench I was just sitting at trying to read. I realized he was just trying to relax and gather his pollen and I was distracting him. As I was standing there I was watching him gather pollen till both his cheeks were bulging with bright yellw pollen then fly away back to his home. As I grabbed my book to head back inside I sighed in relief as I felt relaxed after spending an enjoyable fall like day outside distracted by that bee.

Will you get the opportunity to fulfill your long time dreams? Although just because you try does not guarantee that you will it is a 100% guarantee that you won't if you don't try. No matter how hard you work you won't always get everything you want but with hard work you will at least get everything you need. It is up to you to make your dream come true which includes not giving up on your dream even when it is harder than you ever dreamed. A life worth living takes hard work but if you don't do the work that is necessary you'll have a hard life to live.

Showing that you care so they can see it is the only way they can feel it. You may have a lot of love in your heart but can anyone see it or feel it? Your intentions may be good but if it is not followed by actions then it will do no good at all for the person it was intended for. A simple show of kindness can go a long way. By teaching them how important being kind to others is first hand they will show therefore teach others and that is how a simple show of kindness can spread.

Even after you finally get over something the thought may pop in your mind again and again trying to "grab your attention." You will have to get in the habit of just flushing them as they come. Don't let them stick around long enough to do any damage. When others bring it up you must simply tell them you have already flushed it out of your mind and you don't want to talk about it. If you keep it fresh on your mind then it will have a negative effect on you. It is bad enough when it happened but the more times you think about it the more damage it can cause. Don't let what happened in your past stink up your future too.

Time goes by faster the older you get. When you are young, healthy, and full of energy you are so busy staying busy that you don't notice how fast time flies by. When you get older and you are forced to slow down you have time to notice that in what seems like a few months another year has gone by. That doesn't seem like something to worry about when you are young and you have your whole life ahead of you. When you get older you realize you have already lived for a long time and you notice how fast time is flying by.

It's that time of year when the leaves need raked and the tree needs trimmed. Unfortunately it also means that it will cause many animals and insects to lose their homes. There was an abandoned birds nest on a limb that was cut that caught my attention from across the yard. The sun beat down just so that a red ribbon scrap sparkled brightly catching my eye. The nest was full of lawn debris as well as tiny treasures of trash that it found in my yard. It even gathered pine straw with clumps of tree sap from my neighbors yard that held it together like glue. I decided to leave a small strand of shiny blue ribbon on the ground below that tree in hopes that I will see a new nest that it will be in that sparkles and catches my eye.

It's funny how the people or things that annoy you are something you would miss if they weren't there. The same is true apparently for animals. Our neighbors got a new dog that my dog would angrily get in confrontations with daily, each fighting from their side of the fence. You would have thought she would be happy when they moved yet she seems to miss him. For a couple of days she would take off barking as she charged to the fence in attack mode. As time went on she realized the dog was not going to run to the fence to greet her. Now after she roams the yard she sits right next to the fence looking and hoping to see the annoying dog charging at her. Go figure.

When you have hate in your heart for someone or something it does permanent damage. We all know the dangers of clogging your arteries with fatty foods will cause your heart to pump harder. Anger also causes your heart to work harder as it causes it to tighten and clog up. Staying away from too many fried foods as well as too much negative emotions, which both can be avoided, is a Healthy Heart Choice. Don't let what angers you stay in your mind long enough to grow roots that reaches your heart squeezing the very life out of you. Every second that your heart has to work twice as hard to sustain your life is one less second it will be able to keep you alive. Every time you can "Just Flush It" you gain a second. When you skip the fries, another second.
