As I was waking onto my porch I noticed that my plants were wilting. As I started pouring the water into its pot within seconds you could see it quiver as it drank it in. Two hours later as I was heading out it was standing straight and tall looking Healthy and Happy. I have come across people who were facing so much turmoil they walked around all wilted. If you offer them a little helping hand it gives them a quiver like water does for your plants. Instantly they smile and stand straight and tall looking Healthy and Happy. If you come across a wilting person give them something to quiver about.

Sometimes the lessons that we learn on our Life's Journey are painful. But like they say those are just growing pains that are necessary. As long as you learn as you go those lessons will keep you on track on your Life Journey. If you don't learn from the painful lessons then your Life's Journey will painfully teach you what happens when you don't learn the lesson. It starts at a young age when you learn if you do something your parents don't like the tone in their voice is emotionally painful which teaches you not to do it. Life lessons teach you how to stay on track so you can enjoy your Life's Journey.

At the end of a long day you are ready to take your shoes off and relax yet you still have more that needs done. If you don't keep moving to get what needs to be done DONE then you will be too tired to put your shoes back on to do it so "Just Do It." It wouldn't be very relaxing if you sit there thinking about how you got to get up and put your shoes on because you know you have to "Get 'R Done." So before you even take your shoes off "Just Do It" so you can "Just Flush It" out of your mind after you "Get 'R Done" then you can take off your shoes and truly relax. The relaxing part of your day comes when you finally get everything done.

Talking to yourself may sound like you are crazy but since you know you best you would be crazy not to. Only you have the information necessary to decide what is best for you. What is crazy is to let anyone or anything decide for you. Since you alone will deal with the consequences then you on your own should make your decisions. A person is declared "sane" if on their OWN they can make sound decisions for themselves not what others tell them to do, that would get you declared "insane." By talking to yourself you will prevent yourself from doing anything "insane" which will help you stay "sane" as you deal with the "insanity" that you have to deal with.

Don't just throw it in the trash. You would not believe the things people throw away in the trash. Knowing that it is full of useful items yet the garbage men all over the World have had to compact it into garbage that fill our dumps. If the City would send a truck and trailer out with every crew we could solve each city's deficit problem. I am serious. If they took it all to a resale shop they could fill one the size of a department store each month. In this economy there are millions loosing their homes and are forced to relocate far away and downsize. They throw everything they don't want to the curb turning the term "garbage picking" to "treasure hunting."

It may not have been your first or even your second choice if you even got to choose at all but it may be your only choice. In the end it is what it is and you will have to do whatever you gotta do. You have probably heard the old phrase "If Life brings you lemons you will just have to learn to make lemonade." There are those who we admire for what they are able to accomplish in spite of all the odds against them. You may be facing a heavy load but as long as you stay focused on the light at the end of the tunnel the way out from under it will be clear.

Have you ever noticed when you tried to tell someone what they should do they get defensive? Well telling someone can make them feel like they are being attacked and they go into defense mode. If they don't see it from your "point of view" then you are attacking them with trying to force them to "react" to the way you see it and from their "point of view" you have no idea what they see. If you can help them picture it then they will be able to clearly understand that you are simply trying to help them. They can not HEAR you if they closed their ears the minute they heard you telling them what to do. Open their eyes to see it first and they will eagerly listen.

Don't put off what has to be done. It may only take you a few minutes to do yet the longer you put it off the more wasted minutes you will use thinking about what you eventually have to do anyways. So "Just Do It" so you can "Just Flush It" out of your mind saving your time and energy enjoying the "Peace Of Mind" you will get knowing it's done already. It's like walking around something that needs picked up saying over and over again that you will pick it up later as you walk around it over and over again. If you "Just Pick It Up" you will save the steps necessary to go around it as well as the time and energy wasted thinking about it later. You won't have to keep doing it over and over again if you "Just Do It" and Get 'R Done.

Today means more than just another 24 hours. Today means if you want to enjoy it then you have 24 hours to enjoy it. Sounds confusing I know but every 24 hours is a "New Day." Just 24 hours ago it was yesterday and 24 hours from now it will be tomorrow. Since yesterday is gone and tomorrow may never come only today can you enjoy if you want to enjoy Life while you are living it. Once today is gone it will be your yesterday which is why if you spend today thinking only about yesterday all you will have is yesterdays. Which if you didn't enjoy it then you won't enjoy it now but you wasted today. Every day is a New Day.

As your eyes are opened with a new "point of view" about your old way of thinking you will wander how on Earth you could have even thought of it in that way. With your eyes wide opened your ears will then open up so you can hear all the details that your new "point of view" uncovers. Someone can tell you their "point of view" but unless you can see it for yourself what they say will not be heard. It's true like the old saying says "A picture is worth a thousand words." Once your mind can "see it" then it will give you the open mind necessary to see clearly what your old way of thinking kept you from seeing. First get them to open their eyes to get their ears open so they can hear you.

There is a fine line between constructive criticism and being down right rude. I often wander if those that like to critique others really even care when they cross the line. Do they even know they have crossed the line? Why do they feel the need to critique and judge? Why don't they avoid it if they don't like it? Their critic is their opinion and they are sure entitled to it but there are times when we need to keep our opinions to ourselves. Just because it pops in your head does not mean it should just as quickly pop out of your mouth. Sometimes you got to draw a line that you don't cross.

There are certain people or events that you have only a one time brief encounter with that at a quick glance when the memory pops up you smile as you see the image vividly in your mind. They are forgotten memories that randomly pop up "grabbing your attention" to enjoy the moment again as you smile. This means that as those never ending stream of thoughts pop up trying to "grab your attention" there are also those that will evoke a Negative moment which is why at a quick glance you will have to "Just Flush It" out of your mind. Once is enough so don't give it a second thought.

On a windy day you can feel the fresh air blow away any tension you may be feeling. That breath of fresh air can be just what you need to feel relaxed and rejuvenated. Step outside to feel the benefit of fresh oxygen. Relax as it gently blows letting the sound of the tumbling leaves as they are blown all about soothe the thoughts in your mind. Nature is yoga for your mind. It is not only free to enjoy it also doesn't have side effects like medicines or any chance of leaving you feeling exhausted. In the fast pace World we live in when a breathe of fresh oxygen comes blowing in the wind breathe it in to help you get through your day.
