Bend like a pretzel

There are many steps you must take in life as you maneuver your way through your journey on the Roller Coaster of Life. Your journey will be full of ups and downs along the way. As you creep your way slowly at times be sure to catch your breath because just around the corner you will need the fresh oxygen as you turn a corner and find you will have to fly like the wind to keep up. Sometimes in Life you will have to stand tall to see where you are going and other times when the tallest object gets struck by lightning when you got to bend like a pretzel.

In today's society we have gotten in the habit of ignoring our Human Instincts when we see a problem to the point of becoming numb to them. This show has opened many peoples eyes to just how many people ignore the victims. If it was happening to you or someone you care about you would want someone to help. The more wrong doings are ignored the more acceptable the behavior becomes and that will make it more likely to happen to you.

You have narrowed your view

Everywhere you look you can see only what you choose to see no matter if it is surrounded by other things. It is easy to overlook the other things because you have narrowed your view so small that you can not see what is around you. No matter what door of opportunity opens up for you unless you look inside you will never know it even existed. Staying focused is important but if you look around with your eyes wide open as you go along you will open up the chances of opportunities that you might have otherwise missed. Opportunities are never lost they are taken by someone else.

Even the most optimistic people have to deal with a negative thought that streams in their mind but upon recognizing it as such they "JUST FLUSH IT" out of their mind at a quick glance before it can do any damage. It won't happen over night but you can get in the Habit of Flushing the negative thoughts as they pop up in your mind. Although the negative thought might keep popping up again and again you can get in the Habit of Flushing them as they come. You can't stop the negative thoughts from popping up but you can STOP and "Just Flush It" before it can do any damage.

Built in warning system

When you feel it in the pit of your stomach it is not always from gas. I hear people say all the time after the damage has been done that they just felt like it might not be the thing to do but they ignored the warning signals and did it anyway. If a person who was allergic to peanuts ate them knowing they shouldn't it would be dangerous. If you know deep down inside that you shouldn't do it then don't do it because it would be your built in warning system saying danger danger.

That is where you will stay

How on earth will you be able to see a light at the end of the tunnel if you don't unbury yourself from all the obstacles that are blocking your view? Anyone can make a mountain out of a mole hill if they keep adding dirt. If you don't look for a way to get out of any mess you may be in then the fact is you can't find a way out. You can not make it to your destination if you don't make the necessary turns in the road to get there. If you get to a dead end you can turn around or give up and that is where you will stay.
