What you think will happen can hurt you even if it doesn't even happen
Worrying about all the negative things that could happen if "IT" did happen can do damage to you. Which if "IT" dosen't happen means nothing would have happened to you. But you put yourself through it for no reason at all. Don't worry yourself sick over what might not even happen at all. How many times throughout your life have you worried yourself sick over something that never ended up happening? When you start to worry about "IT" remind yourself that "IT" can't hurt you unless "IT" happens. That is unless you live through it in your mind causing the unnecessary damage. Your thoughts are your reality. So when a negative thought pops up front and center in your mind "JUST FLUSH IT" before it can do any damage.
