To begin you have to get up

You can feel totally exhausted by thinking about it so much yet not do anything. By the time you go over your list of things to do several times in your mind you will need a break. Overwhelming your mind with thoughts of how much you have to do can make it seem impossible that you can do it all. The best thing to do is to write down what all needs to get done. Then cross off anything on your list that doesn't really matter if it gets done or not. You will have a shorter list that won't seem so overwhelming. Then as you get something done, cross it off your list. Just seeing that you have only a few things left on your list will help motivate you knowing you only have a couple things to do. The sooner you get your list started and get started on what you need done the sooner you will be done doing them.
