Life expectancy

People run around at such a fast pace thinking they have plenty of time to relax and enjoy life later when they are old. They see the life expectancy is 72 and assume they have time. Well I Know first hand that you never know what age you or someone you love will die unexpectedly. My brother was 19 my Mom was 25 my sister 43 and my dad 57. In the last month I have had to endure the pain of three deaths and none of them expected to die in their early to mid fifties. So that is why you need to slow down rest your mind and body as well as take the time to sit and enjoy those around you that you love. Life expectancy may be 72 but anyone at any age could die unexpectedly.
