Don't make a "To Do List" that is so long it stresses you out to the point where you get immobilized and get nothing done. If it is something you can quickly do then "Just Do It" to keep your list doable. If it doesn't really matter then put it on your maybe list not your"To Do List." If it is something you can't do then don't put it on any List, "Just Flush It" so you can focus on what you need to do. Stress is harmful to your mental and physical health. So don't make a "To Do List" so long that all you do is stress yourself out making it impossible to do anything.
