Not ONE TOOL can FIX EVERYTHING

      If you want to hang up a painting what TOOL do you need?

      Well I would LOOK for a HAMMER but if I CAN'T FIND ONE I will LOOK for something that is STRONG enough to BANG a nail in the wall.

     You could get SO MAD if you CAN'T FIND the HAMMER that you GET ANGRY and let it CAUSE you to FORGET about hanging the painting. 

     On your LIFE'S JOURNEY there will be many times when you CAN'T FIND the RIGHT TOOL but DON'T GIVE UP.

     Whether you PHYSICALLY or MENTALLY CAN'T FIND the RIGHT TOOL take TIME to FIND ANOTHER TOOL that COULD HELP.

      If it is UP TO YOU to FIND A TOOL so that you WILL GET IT DONE then LOOK in YOUR TOOLBOX.

     Sometimes you need more than a TOOLBOX FULL OF TOOLS to fix stuff PHYSICALLY you will need a TOOLBOX for your MENTAL HEALTH as well.

     When I was ANGRY I got out the new book I had bought to let it HELP ME FORGET about what ANGERED ME.

      But I was SHOCKED that I was so ANGRY that I COULDN'T use that as the RIGHT TOOL because I COULDN'T HEAR the WORDS because I KEPT THINKING about what had ANGERED ME.

      So I put the new book away and DECIDED to go FIND ANOTHER TOOL to TAKE AWAY MY ANGER.

      STOP EXPECTING every TOOL to WORK just DIG IN YOUR TOOLBOX and before you KNOW IT you will FIND a TOOL that WILL WORK.

     JUST KEEP DIGGING in YOUR TOOLBOX that YOU HAVE CONSTANTLY FILLED over your LIFETIME.

     Sometimes GARDENING can be a GOOD TOOL for your MENTAL STRESS and your PHYSICAL FITNESS.

     Because as you WATER IT DAILY you will ENJOY WATCHING IT GROW DAILY and EXERCISE TOO.

     And I also made sure I FILLED MYSELF A TOOLBOX with MANY TYPES OF TOOLS I might need especially a HAMMER.

     If you MENTALLY NEED DISTRACTED you have to ENJOY doing DIFFERENT THINGS until YOU FIND SOMETHING THAT WORKS.

     When reading the new book DIDN'T WORK I then DECIDED to NEXT TRY LOOKING AT AMAZON for CHRISTMAS PRESENTS for my grandkids.

      And that MADE ME SMILE then before I knew it I FORGOT ABOUT EVERYTHING ELSE but HOW HAPPY my grandkids would be when they opened it.

    As LONG AS YOU KEEP LOOKING before YOU KNOW IT then YOU WILL FIND the TOOL in your TOOLBOX that YOU NEED.
