BEGIN by.... LEARNING so you can MAKE A LIST

      If you EXPECT to PAINT IT..... then you must MAKE A LIST of EVERYTHING that you will NEED TO BE ABLE TO PAINT IT.

    If you FORGET to BUY SOME PAINTERS TAPE then you may have to WORK HARDER to keep a STRAIGHT LINE.

   If you don't BUY the RIGHT PAINT BRUSH you might find it HARDER to get the CORNERS done.

    BEFORE you START ANY PROJECT you NEED TO MAKE A LIST of EVERYTHING you WILL NEED to GET IT DONE.

    If you KNOW that YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO IT.....then ASK SOMEONE WHO DOES KNOW.

   How many times have you IGNORED THE INSTRUCTIONS and TRIED to just put it TOGETHER?

    ONLY to later EVENTUALLY REALIZE that YOU WILL have to GET THE INSTRUCTIONS out because YOU DIDN'T DO IT CORRECTLY.

    MAKING A POSITIVE PLAN means that YOU WILL take the TIME to LEARN EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW to MAKE A LIST of EVERYTHING that you will NEED to DO IT.

     Every RECIPE has SPECIFIC INGREDIENTS and if you want to MAKE that RECIPE.... then you will NEED the LIST of INGREDIENTS.

     No one is BORN KNOWING EVERYTHING.....WE ALL have to LEARN AS WE GO.

    

Not EVERYTHING means THE SAME to EVERYONE

      You may NOT LIKE IT but that DOESN'T MEAN that there are NOT MANY PEOPLE WHO DO LIKE IT.

      When you say IT WAS REALLY SPICY tasting it DOESN'T MEAN that people who LOVE SPICY FOOD would EVEN CONSIDER IT TO BE SPICY AT ALL.

     YOUR DECISIONS are based on what YOU LIKE just like THEIR DECISIONS are based on what THEY LIKE.

     If you EXPECT to have a RIGHT TO THINK YOUR OWN WAY it is ONLY POSSIBLE if you RESPECT the way OTHER PEOPLE CHOOSE TO THINK.

     I may NOT AGREE with EVERYTHING that STRANGERS NOR EVEN MY OWN FAMILY AND FRIENDS THINK but...

    ... that DOESN'T MEAN that WE ALL can't JUST ENJOY OUR LIVES TOGETHER..... DESPITE all of OUR DIFFERENCES.

     NEXT TIME you see a CERTAIN SUBJECT that is CAUSING THINGS to become FRUSTRATING.... JUST FLUSH IT.... and CHANGE THE SUBJECT.

     We DON'T HAVE TO AGREE to AGREE....WE JUST  HAVE TO....JUST FLUSH IT and DISAGREE TO DISAGREE PEACEFULLY.

     

     

MAKE A DECISION then ... STICK TO IT

      If you want them to KNOW THAT YOU MEAN IT then.... DON'T SAY IT UNLESS YOU MEAN IT.

     If you KNOW that CERTAIN FOODS UPSET YOUR STOMACH then..... DON'T EAT IT or you will have an UPSET STOMACH.

     If you KNOW that YOU SHOULDN'T then.... Make sure YOU DON'T DO IT.

     REMEMBER that just because OTHER PEOPLE ARE DOING IT definitely DOESN'T MEAN that it is the RIGHT THING FOR YOU TO DO.

      YOUR Life is based on what YOU DO not based on what OTHER PEOPLE ARE DOING.

      If THINGS NEED TO CHANGE then ...DO THINGS DIFFERENTLY so THINGS CAN CHANGE.

     If it is SOMETHING that YOU ARE AGAINST then.... MAKE SURE that NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS YOU WILL NEVER DO IT.

     YOUR LIFE is FULL OF CHOICES and EVERY CHOICE YOU MAKE MATTERS.

ASK YOURSELF and BE HONEST WITH YOURSELF

     You may have a LOT OF LOVE IN YOUR HEART but ASK YOURSELF if anyone else FEELS YOUR LOVE.

     You may KNOW THE RIGHT ANSWER but it WON'T HELP ANYONE if you NEVER TELL THEM THE ANSWER AT ALL.

    You may KNOW but....  WILL YOU ADMIT THAT YOU KNOW IT?

    If you KNOW THAT YOU SHOULDN'T then make sure that YOU DON'T or you will DEFINITELY REGRET DOING IT.

    THROUGHOUT LIFE you can LIE TO OTHERS during certain circumstances but if YOU EVER LIE TO YOURSELF then YOU DEFINITELY WILL HAVE MAJOR PROBLEMS.

    If you want to KNOW then ASK YOURSELF and NO MATTER WHAT THE ANSWER IS JUST BE HONEST so EVERYTHING WILL BE ALRIGHT.

   HONESTY is the ONLY WAY to ALWAYS STAY HONEST.

Trying to SHARE can be SHAMEFULLY IGNORED

      You may want to SHARE some GOOD ADVICE but UNFORTUNATELY that DOESN'T MEAN it WILL BE HEARD.

     You want to PREVENT them from FUMBLING but UNFORTUNATELY they may still FUMBLE AS THEY FALL.

     You want to SAVE them from FRUSTRATION but they can be TOTALLY FRUSTRATED as they STRUGGLE THROUGH IT.

     Sometimes the STRUGGLES they FACE may be PART OF THEIR GROWING PAINS to be the BEST PERSON they can be.

     UNFORTUNATELY LIFE IS A ROLLERCOASTER of EVENTS and sometimes those EXPERIENCES CAN BE PAINFUL yet TOTALLY NECESSARY to LEARN AS YOU GO.

     

     

You can SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCES but that DOESN'T MEAN anyone will truly hear

      I REMEMBER when I was a YOUNG CHILD I saw them WARNING ME but I was NOT REALLY LISTENING to them.

    When you are YOUNG you have NO FEAR you just have TOTAL EXCITEMENT about everything that LIFE HAS TO OFFER.

    When I would FUMBLE on a RECENT ADVENTURE I would just LOOK FOR A NEW ADVENTURE that I can ENJOY DOING.

    BUT..... when you are OLDER and you want to SAVE SOMEONE YOU LOVE from FUMBLES you SEE THAT JUST LIKE YOURSELF at a YOUNG AGE.... they just DON'T LISTEN.

      You CANT PREVENT them from FUMBLING but you SURE CAN be there to HOLD THEM after they FUMBLE THROUGH THEIR LIVES.

     They DON'T WANT TO HEAR I told you NOT TO DO IT they just want you to HUG THEM and TELL THEM EVERYTHING WILL BE OKAY.

You are UNIQUE and everything that YOU Do is because YOU LIKE IT.....

      How things WORK for OTHERS has NOTHING TO DO with HOW IT will WORK for YOU.

      Because what WORKS for SOMEONE ELSE just MAY NOT WORK for YOU because we are ALL UNIQUELY DIFFERENT.

      What is IMPORTANT TO YOU may NOT be what is IMPORTANT TO THEM because we are all UNIQUE.

     Some PEOPLE like SPICY FOOD yet YOU PERSONALLY can HATE SPICY FOOD but still ENJOY going out to dinner together.

    I had been AVOIDING SWEETS but everywhere I went they SOLD SWEETS..... I JUST had to LEARN TO QUIT ORDERING anything SWEET.

     If it is IMPORTANT TO YOU.....THEN..... THAT IS WHAT IS IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO DO.

    

Getting HAPPY means BEING HAPPY with YOURSELF

      You don't have to be a ROCK STAR to ENJOY SINGING....so SING and you will be able to ENJOY SINGING.

     You may not be a FAMOUS ARTIST but you sure are GOOD at MAKING things that are ARTFUL THINGS.

      Even though you may not be the WINNER.... you can still be PROUD of everything that you have done.

      If you SPEND every MOMENT you can ENJOYING every MOMENT that you can then you will be as HAPPY as YOU CAN BE.

      Your NEW DINNER may not LOOK like it does on the picture but you can be THANKFUL for COOKING an awesome TASTING DINNER BY YOURSELF.

      You may NOT DO IT EXACTLY as you had HOPED.... but you can sure BE PROUD of EVERYTHING that it took for you to DO IT.

      SELF ESTEEM is made by BEING PROUD OF YOURSELF.

Don't just Wait for it just ENJOY IT whenever you can ENJOY IT

     WE must be HONEST that Not EVERYTHING that WE WISH for ACTUALLY HAPPENS.

     But WE can STILL ENJOY EVERYTHING that DOES HAPPEN TO US.

     Not EVERYTHING that WE EARNED will WE GET TO ENJOY EVEN AFTER EARNING IT.

     But WE can STILL ENJOY the HARD WORK that WE PERSONALLY EARNED no matter WHAT HAPPENS.

     Not EVERYTHING that WE DO WILL ALWAYS BE NOTICED but that DOESN'T CHANGE WHAT WE HAVE DONE.

     As long as WE DO YOUR BEST then WE can HONESTLY SAY that WE DID THE BEST that WE COULD DO.

    And that is an AWESOME FEELING REGARDLESS of HOW THINGS ACTUALLY TURN OUT at the end of the day.

CHOOSE which THOUGHT will BRING YOU the BEST POSSIBLE OUTCOME

      How YOU LOOK AT SOMETHING will DETERMINE WHAT YOU WILL THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU WILL SEE.

     If you LOOK for the NEGATIVE SIDE then you will SEE the NEGATIVE SIDE.

     If you LOOK for the POSITIVE SIDE then you will SEE the POSITIVE SIDES.

     Things may not always be EXACTLY like YOU HAD PLANNED but as long as you SEE the POSITIVE SIDES then you will be POSITIVE.

     If a NEGATIVE THOUGHT tries to GRAB YOUR ATTENTION.... make sure you JUST FLUSH IT out of your mind.... so you can wait for the NEXT POSITIVE THOUGHT that comes along to THINK ABOUT.

     OUR MINDS have an ENDLESS STREAM of THOUGHTS that try to GRAB OUR ATTENTION but it is UP TO US TO CHOOSE THE POSITIVE ONES to THINK ABOUT.

    YOUR THOUGHTS are the REALITY that YOU WILL LIVE IN.... So CHOOSE WISELY.

JUST ACCEPT IT so you can MOVE FORWARD

      If you SPEND YEARS WORRYING then you will have WASTED YEARS of your time WORRYING ABOUT NOTHING at all.

     But IF IT DOES HAPPEN then you have to ACCEPT IT so you can FORGET ABOUT IT and GET MOVING AGAIN.

     What happened YESTERDAY has ALREADY HAPPENED and what is DONE IS DONE.

     And SINCE TOMORROW may NEVER COME TODAY is YOUR DAY to ENJOY WHILE YOU ARE LIVING IT.

     UNTIL you LEARN TO MOVE PAST YOUR PAST IT then it can HOLD ON LIKE SANDBAGS making EVERY MOVE YOU MAKE HARDER to do.

     As YOU GET OLDER you BEGIN TO REALIZE that YOU WASTED a lot of TIME WORRYING about many things that in the END you ACTUALLY REALIZED it was a WASTE OF YOUR TIME.

      SO...... THROUGHOUT YOUR LIFE remember to ACCEPT WHAT HAS HAPPENED and JUST FLUSH IT out of YOUR MIND so you will have ROOM FOR PEACE OF MIND to GET IN.

    

     

     

What YOU Say is important to YOUR OPINIONS

      You have to be CAREFUL to be POSITIVE in your WAY OF THINKING because WHAT YOU THINK has a lot to do with WHO YOU TURN INTO.

      If you KEEP REMINDING yourself that IT'S TOO HARD then you MAY NEVER TRY IT because it is IN YOUR OPINION is TOO HARD.

      You may NOT LIKE HEIGHTS but if WHAT YOU NEED takes GOING UP HIGH then REMIND YOURSELF that you can CLIMB UP to get it.

     You may have to CONVINCE YOURSELF that YOU CAN DO IT so YOU WILL BE ABLE to DO WHATEVER YOU HAVE TO DO in order to GET 'R DONE.

     WHO YOU CHOOSE TO SURROUND YOURSELF with will be the PEOPLE that INSPIRES YOU to EITHER DO WHATEVER YOU HAVE TO DO or they will INSPIRE YOU to DO NOTHING.

     If you WANT TO BE INSPIRED then make sure YOU HANG OUT with people WHO YOU ARE INSPIRED BY.

     If you want to SUCCEED then YOU WILL HAVE TO STAY INSPIRATIONAL no matter what CIRCUMSTANCES THAT YOU MUST FACE IN YOUR LIFE.

    

Will YOU RECOMMEND IT?

     If it something that you HATED DOING then DON'T TELL ANYONE that YOU LOVED DOING IT.

     After you LEARNED IT from YOUR MISTAKES then just don't ever FORGET TO DO IT correctly.

     If YOU FIGURE IT OUT then at least be THANKFUL that YOU FIGURED IT OUT.

     If YOU DON'T KNOW the ANSWERS then DON'T PRETEND that YOU DO because YOU DON'T KNOW.

     Don't TELL THEM anything but the TRUTH then YOU WILL always be glad that YOU TOLD THEM YOUR HONEST OPINION.

     LEARNING WHAT YOU NEED TO is the only way to LEARN WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW so YOU CAN DECIDE TO DO IT CORRECTLY.

     If YOU DON'T KNOW then tell them that YOU JUST DON'T KNOW so they can ASK SOMEONE ELSE.

     An HONEST NO does far less DAMAGE then a DISHONEST LIE that WASN'T TRUE AT ALL.

     If you SAY YOU WILL then.... YOU SHOULD DO EVERYTHING that YOU CAN to DO IT.

     If you SAY I WILL BE THERE then make sure YOU GET THERE ON TIME.

    If you PROMISE to DO IT then ..... JUST DO IT because you SAID YOU WOULD DO IT.

    I knew that even if I COULDN'T DO IT..... AS LONG AS I TRIED then I WOULD ALWAYS BE GLAD that I AT LEAST TRIED.

    I FELT TIRED but as soon as I GOT UP and DID IT..... I FELT PROUD that I GOT UP AND DID IT so..... NOW I KNOW THAT IT IS DONE.

    As LONG as YOU REMIND YOURSELF THAT IT NEEDS DONE.... THE EASIER IT IS for you to JUST DO IT so you can JUST FLUSH IT out of your mind as soon as YOU GET IT DONE.

    If you want PEACE OF MIND.... you will have to JUST FLUSH IT to make ROOM for IT to GET IN.

    

Looking FORWARD to it MAKES it something YOU ARE LOOKING FORWARD to

        It may be SILLY but if it MAKES YOU HAPPY then.... JUST DO IT and ENJOY BEING SILLY.

        CRAFTS may SOUND BORING but when you are doing it..... IT MAKES YOU HAPPY...so KEEP DOING IT.

        It was A LOT of WORK to CREATE a NEW RECIPE but it was FUN CREATING IT and it tastes great so IT WAS WORTH THE WORK.

       After MAKING A DECISION you may REALIZE that you MADE THE WRONG DECISION but...... you DID IT and YOU KNOW YOU NEVER want to DO IT EVER AGAIN.

        As I was LOOKING at some of the STRANGE THINGS that I have done over my LIFETIME I REALIZED that more than HALF THE TIME I DID SOME STRANGE THINGS.

       LIFE is full of CHALLENGES AND TASK we all MUST MAKE and there will be MANY THINGS WE REALIZE that ONCE WAS CERTAINLY ENOUGH.

       LIFE is LIFE and we ALL DO WHAT FEELS RIGHT but we ALSO REALIZE that MISTAKES ARE ALSO JUST A PART OF LIFE.

      DO WHAT FEELS RIGHT and DEAL with the POSITIVE AND THE NEGATIVE parts of EVERYTHING WE CHOOSE TO DO.

      

If THEY DON'T KNOW YOU by NOW.....then THEY NEVER WILL EVER KNOW YOU

      Have you ever WANDERED if you COULD CHANGE someone's PERSONAL OPINION OF YOU that YOU HAD KNOWN FOR YEARS?

     If THEY DON'T RESPECT YOU by NOW then you have to EXPECT that THEY WILL NEVER RESPECT YOU no matter what you do at anytime.

     You may THINK THAT YOU HAD EARNED IT yet in THEIR OPINION you SUDDENLY REALIZE YOU HADN'T EARNED ANYTHING AT ALL FROM THEM.

     If you were HONEST and RESPECTFUL TO THEM then and IN THE END you REALIZED that THEY HAD NO RESPECT FOR YOU then..... ACCEPT that THEY WILL NEVER RESPECT YOU.

     That DOESN'T MEAN that YOU DIDN'T EARN IT....It just means that YOU DID IT but.... IT WASN'T NOTICED BY THEM. 

      It's always NICE to BE ACKNOWLEDGED BY OTHERS but..... SOMETIMES YOU MAY BE THE ONLY ONE TO ACKNOWLEDGE YOURSELF for WHAT YOU HAVE DONE.

       YOU KNOW that YOU CAN'T PLEASE EVERYONE but YOU DO  KNOW what YOU DID and THAT IS ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW.

       As long as YOU DID YOUR BEST then BE PROUD OF WHAT YOU HAVE DONE.

      

     

Will you REGRET IT?

      If you ACT TOO QUICKLY you may MAKE A QUICK DECISION that you may REGRET MAKING.

      If you GUESS WITHOUT LEARNING what you NEED TO KNOW.....you may find that you might REGRET what you CHOSE to do.

     Because If you DO IT when you KNOW that you SHOULDN'T DO IT you just might REGRET that you CHOSE TO DO IT when you KNEW that you SHOULDN'T HAVE DONE IT.

     There are MANY ANSWERS IN LIFE but REMEMBER that what WORKS for OTHERS may be something that you will REGRET DOING FOR YOURSELF.

     There are USUALLY NO EASY ANSWERS or sometimes even ANSWERS that are even FAIR but.....if it is IMPORTANT then LEARN EVERYTHING so you can MAKE THE BEST DECISION for yourself.

      Everything is DIFFERENT in LIFE and sometimes It is EVEN UNFAIR but... Your LIFE IS YOUR LIFE.

      And since we each only have ONE LIFE TO LIVE.....DO WHAT WORKS BEST FOR YOU.

      DON'T DO ANYTHING that you will REGRET DOING... just do WHAT YOU CAN TO ENJOY EVERY MOMENT THAT YOU CAN..... REGARDLESS of HOW HARD LIFE can be at times.

     LIFE IS LIFE And YOU WON'T REGRET DOING the BEST THAT YOU CAN DO to ENJOY every moment that YOU HAVE TO ENJOY.

    ENJOY LIFE WHILE YOU ARE LIVING IT.

You SHOULD ALWAYS PROTECT YOUR INNER CIRCLE

      You want to DO WHAT FEELS RIGHT but the TRUTH is.....If it is TOO GOOD to be TRUE then it PROBABLY ISN'T TRUE.

     You want to BELIEVE that you CAN BELIEVE THEM......yet the TRUTH is NOT EVERYONE CAN BE BELIEVED.

     You want to HAVE HOPE but...... sometimes that HOPEFULNESS just doesn't feel HOPEFUL ANYMORE.

     You THINK that your NEW ENCOUNTER will ALWAYS BE HONEST but the TRUTH is NOT MANY PEOPLE ARE TRULY HONEST at the END OF THE DAY.

     ALTHOUGH Your FAMILY AND LIFETIME FRIENDS are NOT ALWAYS PERFECT at least when YOU NEED THEM you KNOW YOU CAN COUNT ON THEIR LOYALTY.

     A NEW ENCOUNTER may SEEM FUN but DON'T GIVE UP on YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS just to HANG OUT WITH THEM.

    HAVING FUN when you are OLDER means YOU ALWAYS STICK TO YOUR FAMILY AND LONG TIME FRIENDS because they will always be YOUR FAMILY AND LIFELONG FRIENDS...... TODAY AND TOMORROW.

    ENJOY YOUR NEW ENCOUNTERS...... while YOU PROTECT YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS FOREVER.

    

You have to STOP AND TALK if you want to LEARN MORE about it.

      When I was younger I was TOTALLY BORED by the WEIRD CONVERSATIONS that went on between DIFFERENT ADULTS.

     You would come in to ASK an adult SOMETHING and the RANDOM TYPE of SUBJECTS would be UTTERLY BORING.

     I didn't really CARE ABOUT what they were TALKING ABOUT but I must say there were many WEIRD CONVERSATIONS at times.

    Nowadays FAMILIES seem to SPEND LESS TIME TOGETHER so those RANDOM THOUGHTS don't get TALKED ABOUT ANYMORE.

     In the GROCERY STORE I see MORE CONVERSATIONS between STRANGERS because it's a CHANCE TO JUST TALK.

     I have LEARNED MANY IMPORTANT RECIPES from PEOPLE I will probably NEVER SEE AGAIN but I Am TOTALLY ENJOYING A NEW RECIPE to try.

     Not EVERY FAMILY CAN get TIME TO GATHER AND TALK about SILLY STUFF that we CAN TRY but we ALL HAVE TO GO TO THE GROCERY STORE so..... LEARN what YOU CAN.... WHEREVER YOU CAN.

      When you are at a HARDWARE STORE you just might LEARN HOW TO FIX IT just by ASKING HOW TO FIX IT....NOT QUIETLY WANDERING and NEVER KNOW.

     

Just like KARATE KID you WILL LEARN from WORKING

     Have you NOTICED exactly HOW LONG a PERSON STARES at their phone?

     As I was LISTENING to a podcast they were talking about the NUMBER OF HOURS each PERSON was STARING at their PHONES JUST SCROLLING.

    Many times there are many things that LOOKING ON LINE will HELP YOU.

    The NUMBER OF YOUTUBE videos you had if YOU NEEDED one was PERFECT.

    But then the SOCIAL MEDIA accounts STARTED TAKING OVER most of OUR WAKENING HOURS of EACH DAY.

     It was NO LONGER a PART TIME HOBBY it became OUR ONLY FAIR MOMENT we each had EACH DAY.

    You DIDN'T WANT TO TALK to others IN PERSON ANYMORE.

    Suddenly you just wanted to SPEND every second SCROLLING STRANGERS and you COULD NO LONGER SEE THOSE around you ANYMORE.

     If you want HUMANITY TO CONTINUE then you MUST PHYSICALLY TALK TO OTHER HUMANS.

     START SPENDING time together JUST TALKING about NOTHING yet just like KARATE KID they will LEARN HOW TO REMAIN HUMAN AGAIN.

    WAX ON.... WAX OFF... PUSH UP....PUSH DOWN Is what it takes to SPREAD HUMANITY INTO SOCIETY AGAIN.

    

     

How YOU DRESS is PURELY UP TO YOU

      We were waiting on something so we started WATCHING PEOPLE while we waited.

     We NOTICED that mostly everyone was dressed CONSERVATIVELY.

      That was KINDA BORING because we were trying to AMUSE OURSELVES.

     It didn't take long for us to finally start seeing some very INTERESTING OUTFITS.

    We saw YOUNG people with COLORED HAIR and we saw OLDER people with COLORED HAIR.

    We decided to ENTERTAIN ourselves we would look for the most UNUSUAL COLORS of HAIR and UNUSUAL CLOTHING.

    The most COLORFUL HAIR was the DIFFERENT COLORS OF PURPLE in the CROWD.

     The most EXCITING OUTFITS were not only STRANGE COLORS but they were STRANGELY MADE OUTFITS TOO.

    No matter WHERE YOU GO or WHAT YOU DO there will be MANY INTERESTING PEOPLE to ENTERTAIN YOURSELF.

    WHEN I WAS YOUNG everyone DRESSED THE SAME but NOWADAYS there is MORE than ENOUGH DIFFERENCES for EACH OF US to ENJOY WEARING.

     The COLOR OF THEIR HAIR has NOTHING TO DO with WHO THEY ARE it is JUST FUN TO WEAR whatever YOU WANT TO  WEAR because you WANT TO.

Take what is RIGHT.... and IGNORE what is WRONG

     If you have a GOOD TIME then..... MAKE SURE you PLAN TO DO IT AGAIN one day.

     If it caused you PAIN then..... MAKE SURE you NEVER EVER DO IT AGAIN any time at all.

     If you KNOW it MAKES THEM HAPPY then..... you KNOW what you can do to MAKE THEM HAPPY.

    If you KNOW that it MAKES you NERVOUS then..... MAKE SURE that you NEVER EVER DO IT AGAIN.

    If you KNOW that it's ALL RIGHT then DO WHAT IS RIGHT because HAPPINESS is BETTER when you MAKE the RIGHT DECISION. 

     What WORKS FOR YOU just WORKS FOR YOU....no matter if it HELPS ANYONE ELSE OR NOT.

      Just because a ROAD LOOKS WORN OUT may just be A WORN OUT ROAD because it ONLY LEAD TO KNOW WHERE and everyone had to go BACK OVER IT to GET MOVING AGAIN.

     If you WANT TO BE PROUD.... be PROUD OF YOURSELF and DO WHAT IS BEST FOR YOURSELF FIRST to be the BEST YOU THAT YOU CAN BE.

Is there ANYTHING that you could only WISH you could APOLOGIZE FOR?

      There are many LITTLE THINGS that YOU DID THROUGHOUT YOUR LIFE that YOU WOULDN'T HAVE SAID if YOU COULD CHANGE IT but YOU CAN'T.

     You can FEEL the EXTREME INTENSITY when your DECISION that will then MAKE..... WILL AFFECT MORE PEOPLE THAN JUST YOURSELF.

     If YOU SAID YOU WOULD then ... YOU SHOULD ONLY IF YOU CAN because YOU SAID YOU WOULD...but STOP DOING MORE THAN YOU SHOULD just because THEY ASK YOU.

     Sometimes YOU WANT TO..... but the TRUTH IS that YOU KNOW YOU HAVE TO TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF FIRST.

      When I was YOUNGER I thought that I HAD TO HELP EVERY CHANCE I HAD but the TRUTH IS that if I WANT TO DO MY BEST then I have to TAKE CARE OF MYSELF FIRST.

      You KNOW LIKE THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT SAYS OUT LOUD in the AIRPLANE that YOU HAVE TO PUT YOUR OWN MASK ON FIRST to be ABLE TO HELP ANYONE ELSE.

     BE KIND TO YOURSELF so YOU CAN BE THE BEST YOU THAT YOU CAN BE.

What is worst ...a PRETEND INCIDENT or a REAL INCIDENT?

      When you WORRY about WHAT COULD HAPPEN you cause yourself TREMENDOUS PROBLEMS whether it REALLY HAPPENS TO YOU OR NOT.

      The STRESS you PUT YOURSELF THROUGH even if it ISN'T REAL or NOT...  CAUSES SEVERAL PHYSICAL as well as EMOTIONAL problems.

      When you FEEL YOURSELF start FEELING AGGRAVATED you FEEL the EXTREME INTENSITY on EVERY INCH of YOUR BODY.

     You FEEL your ANGER STRESSING EVERY INCH OF YOUR BODY.

     You FEEL SO ANGRY that you can SEE the PAIN START SWELLING DOWN YOUR NECK causing you to LOSE OXYGEN to YOUR BRAIN.

     If you FEEL YOURSELF getting ANGRY over THINGS that MAY NOT EVEN HAPPEN..... YOU NEED TO STOP and WAIT UNTIL SOMETHING HAPPENS before you get SICK.

     If you don't NEED TO WORRY......THEN DON'T.

     

      

      

 

     

You CAN because it HAPPENED to CAUSE IT

      Every Day is a NEW DAY as long as YOU ENJOY THE MOMENT you are in NOT WASTE IT thinking about ANOTHER DAY.

      There MAY BE many ways TO DO IT but the only thing that WORKS for you is what you WILL HAVE TO DO.

     It may SOUND GOOD but that DOESN'T MEAN that it IS SOMETHING for you to do.

     What works for SOMEONE ELSE may NOT WORK for you because IT JUST DOESN'T work for you.

     You may have WANTED IT but..... you GET WHAT YOU GET IN LIFE, that's JUST LIFE.

     What HAPPENS is what is MEANT TO HAPPEN to GET YOU Wear you were MEANT TO BE REGARDLESS of where YOU THOUGHT you COULD BE.

     WHEREVER YOU ARE PLANTED TODAY is WHERE YOU WILL BUILD YOUR FEET DEEP in the GROUND to GROW STRONGLY TO WEATHER OUT the LIFE STORMS.

    LIFE is LIFE and YESTERDAY is already gone and TOMORROW may never come but TODAY IS YOUR'S TO ENJOY while you are LIVING IT.

  

     

What can you FIND when you have PLENTY OF TIME to FIND IT?

      I WOKE UP super early this morning so I DECIDED to get DRESSED and GO DRIVING and SEE what I could FIND.

     It was a BEAUTIFUL SUNNY MORNING and EVEN DRIVING was BEAUTIFUL TODAY even with a little bit of TRAFFIC.

     I DECIDED to stop by our local Dunkin DONUTS and grab a quick SWEETENED DOUGHNUT to get EXCITEDLY MOVING.

    I REMEMBERED that the local Joann fabrics store was closing so I DECIDED to head that way and SEE what else I might FIND within my 35 minute ride to GET THERE. 

     I DECIDED to stop by EACH OF the WALGREENS stores along the way..... two on the WAY THERE and two on the WAY BACK HOME.

     When I got to the store I JUST COULDN'T believe HOW EMPTY the CRAFT STORE would be in JUST TWO WEEKS of CLOSING.

    I was HOPING to pick up a few CHRISTMAS ITEMS but there WASN'T ANYTHING but EMPTY SHELVES.

    I THOUGHT okay I will pick up a few CHRISTMAS PRESENTS of CRAFTS for my GRANDKIDS for CHRISTMAS.... but those SHELVES were EMPTY TWO.

    Then I THOUGHT I could get a great deal on a few SEWING MACHINES for my older GRANDKIDS but although they HAD PLENTY they had not GONE DOWN in price but by 15 Percent.

    I DECIDED to just GRAB A FEW little things and get the SEWING MACHINE only when they got EVEN CHEAPER.

     I REALIZED that Just because a STORE IS CLOSING doesn't mean that you are GOING TO GET a GOOD PRICE on anything.

    I then at least GOT EXCITED that HOPEFULLY I could FIND some GOOD PRICES on something at the WALGREENS for someone's CHRISTMAS on the way home.

    I DIDN'T FIND anything TODAY but it was such a BEAUTIFUL DAY REGARDLESS of NOT FINDING ANYTHING special AT ALL.

    When the SUN COMES SHINING you can ENJOY A SUNNY DAY. 🌻

The FLOWERING GARDEN can't GROW unless you WATER IT

     If you LOVE FLOWERS then DECIDE if you are GOING TO WATER THEM or LEAVE THEM AT THE STORE for everyone to ENJOY THEM because if you don't WATER THEM then they CAN'T GROW.

     The NUMBER OF NEW FLOWERS my husband bought at Home Depot was so AMAZING TO SEE AT OUR HOUSE TODAY.

     My husband has BECAME an instant GARDENER just by all the MISTAKES he made from HIS FIRST GARDEN that he made LAST YEAR.

    We got to TOTALLY ENJOY every MOMENT we had with the FLOWERS he bought but..... they DIDN'T SURVIVE through the winter.

     This Year he BOUGHT specifically by KNOWING exactly what he KNEW he would NEED this year.

    The FIRST thing he did was by at least ONE OF EVERY COLOR of FLOWER that they OWNED so HE COULD ENJOY them all.

    I always KNEW I didn't GROW A GOOD GARDEN because it REQUIRES YOU to CONSTANTLY WATER THEM EVERY SINGLE DAY.... and UNFORTUNATELY I didn't so they didn't GROW.

     My Husband though..... ACTUALLY LOVES WATERING them every day so HE CAN ENJOY every NEW FLOWER that GROWS ON HIS FLOWERS.

    NEXT WEEK it will be back in the EIGHTY DEGREE WEATHER here and those FLOWERS are going to be MIGHTY THIRSTY 😍.

    If you aren't going to WATER THEM then YOU KNOW that THEY WON'T GROW.

     

    

   

Have you noticed it?

      Have you EVER SEEN the TIME when PEOPLE ARE JUST EXTREMELY RUDE?

     Have you EVER HEARD someone just be EXTREMELY ridiculous to someone?

     Have you EVER SAW someone be EXTREMELY SELFISH for themselves?

     Have you EVER THOUGHT about being TOTALLY RIDICULOUS for how YOU HAVE ACTED?

     IF YOU don't just RELAX and THINK LONG and HARD..... BEFORE you REACT.... YOU might REALIZE that....YOU SHOULD HAVE STOPPED BEFORE YOU REACTED.

     There are MANY THINGS that HAPPEN that SHOULDN'T HAVE HAPPENED.... BUT.....IF IT DID then you SHOULD THINK NEXT TIME BEFORE YOU REACT AT ALL. 

      YOU KNOW we all MAKE MISTAKES but.....it doesn't mean that YOU SHOULD EVER, EVER, EVER REDO IT EVER AGAIN.

    ONCE YOU LEARN....THEN LEARN IT..... AND DON'T EVER DO IT AGAIN....EVER.

     Even if YOUR PARENTS forgot to tell you......then FROM THIS DAY FORWARD... IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANYTHING NICE TO SAY....THEN DON'T SAY ANYTHING AT ALL.

     YOUR CHOICES are YOUR CHOICES and EVERY CHOICE YOU MAKE MATTERS.

      YOUR GOOD FORTUNE IS....that YOU ARE AN AWESOME PERSON AND YOU SHOULD BE PROUD OF YOURSELF.

    BE KIND TO EVERYONE YOU MEET......BECAUSE YOU SHOULD.

     

Never before NOW have we NEEDED TO.... JUST LISTEN

      I was LISTENING to different people TALKING about all the DIFFERENT FRUSTRATIONS that they were DEALING with just at that VERY TIME of their LIVES TODAY.

     Because when you are at a DOCTOR'S OFFICE you get PLENTY of EXTRA TIME to just sit and PATIENTLY WAIT AND LISTEN while WAITING for your turn to go see the doctor.

     And wherever and whenever you have plenty of EXTRA TIME...... it gives you plenty of TIME TO THINK about many things that you NORMALLY WOULDN'T have thought about at all.

     When I was YOUNGER we ROUTINELY went to have DINNER at least ONCE A MONTH at many PEOPLE'S HOUSES WHO WE TREASURED to STAY CONNECTED.

     We got to SPEND many MOMENTS LEARNING to CREATE NEW MEMORIES together as well as LEARNING from ALL OF OUR LIVES together OVER AND OVER again.

     The MORE TIME you SPEND with OTHERS then the MORE YOU SEE just how IMPORTANT THOSE SPECIAL MEMORIES would be to you when you are OLDER.

     We ALL THINK just LISTENING can be a WASTE OF TIME but the LITTLE THINGS I LEARNED by JUST LISTENING can one day be EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED TO HEAR LATER in my Life.

     When you get TIME TO LISTEN then..... JUST LISTEN.

     

     

They THINK they KNOW but they DON'T KNOW

     You can THINK YOU KNOW but the TRUTH is YOU ONLY KNOW what they CHOOSE to tell you.

     You may THINK YOU KNOW.... yet WHAT YOU KNOW is.... Only WHAT YOU PRETEND THAT YOU KNOW even though YOU DON'T REALLY KNOW MUCH AT ALL... REALLY.

     When SOMEONE ASK....ALL YOU KNOW is you have to GUESS.... because YOU REALLY HAVE NO IDEA what is REALLY HAPPENING AT ALL.

     JUST ENJOY the precious time you get to SPEND WITH THEM because....we only HAVE THE TIME WE HAVE.

     SO ENJOY EVERY MOMENT that you have even though YOU WILL NEVER KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT THEM.

    I REALIZED that I DON'T NEED TO KNOW but I do NEED TO ENJOY hanging out with THEM EVERY MOMENT that I can.

    Just because YOU KNOW THEM doesn't mean that YOU KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT THEM.

As I listened I had to ASK.....

       As a good friend was talking about how a worker was talking to her.....I wandered if when I was working would I have been angry about FRUSTRATION like that?

      As I was listening to my Doctor I was wondering if I was ASKING MYSELF if I was doing everything that she was ASKING me to do.

      I don't always ASK MYSELF WHY but ...the TRUTH IS..... If you needed to Would you if you could do anything that you needed to?

      WE ALL MUST HELP PEOPLE LEARN how LITTLE THINGS can GET YOU CLOGGED UP and cause you to SEE THINGS DIFFERENTLY.

     Until WE LEARN HOW then WE CAN'T LEARN..... what DOES WORK and what DOESN'T WORK....so WE KNOW WHAT IS BEST FOR US TO DO.

       Only If you ASK YOURSELF will YOU KNOW the ANSWERS.....OR NEVER ASK and never have NO ANSWER AT ALL to MAKE YOUR DECISION ON TODAY.

       ASK YOURSELF so YOU WILL KNOW what YOU SHOULD DO to ENJOY LIFE while you are LIVING IT.

       

      

     

      

I seem to really ENJOY a few.......

      Hearing about SOMETHING is SOMETIMES a REAL READING into THING'S you never thought about.

      Eating GRILLED CHICKEN is DIFFERENT from PLACE TO PLACE so the DRESSING has a lot to do with WITCH ONE YOU will REALLY LIKE. 

      Which one you CHOOSE is the one in which you CHOOSE TO LIKE to be.... WHICH IS WHY YOU CHOOSE TO BE TOTALLY HONEST FOR EVERYONE INVOLVED.

      YOU CAN PEACEFULLY CHOOSE which one we REALLY CHOOSE to PEACEFULLY LIVE WITHIN YOURSELF TO DO FOR.... THE BEST YOU THAT YOU CAN BE.

     You can CHOOSE TO LOVE SOMEONE WHO IS OPPOSITE OF YOURSELF......as long as TOGETHER..... YOU ARE ABLE TO BE YOURSELF IN FRONT OF..... HONESTLY.

      TOGETHER WE CAN HONESTLY BE OURSELVES and HONESTLY HAVE A BLAST TOGETHER FOREVER.

      LOVE IS..... HONESTLY BEING HONEST WHEN WE ARE TOGETHER.

    

     

We were thinking about it then......

     It's EASY to THINK about it but that doesn't MEAN it will be an EASY DECISION.

     It's EASY to DECIDE even though it is HARD to CONSIDER everything that we ALL have to THINK extremely HARD ABOUT.

     I wish that EVERY DECISION would HELP EVERY ONE but the TRUTH is that there will be many PEOPLE who WILL HATE EVERYTHING that happens.

    We CAN'T ALL GET everything that we NEED but we can MAKE SURE that EVERYONE can get ENOUGH to GET BY ON.

     You don't have to have EVERYTHING that you NEED but as long as you have EVERYTHING that you NEED then you can be HAPPY ENOUGH.

     I DON'T THINK that EVERYONE THINKS THE SAME but I DO KNOW that EVERYONE OF US hope EVERYONE is HAPPY because a HAPPY PERSON MAKES THE WORLD GO BETTER.

     There will be MANY TIMES that you WON'T GET EVERYTHING but.... as LONG AS YOU HAVE EVERYTHING that you NEED then you will have EVERYTHING that you will NEED.

     As SOON AS YOU UNDERSTAND then YOU WILL UNDERSTAND that EVERY THING that you NEED is ALL THAT YOU NEED.

     I DIDN'T get EVERYTHING but...... I got EVERYTHING that I HAD TO HAVE.

      As soon as you ACCEPT IT then you will ACCEPT IT and GET BACK ON TRACK.

As we shared our past we realized.....

     It's hard to IMAGINE what time was like when you were young.

     If you are YOUNG it's hard to remember what had happened just months ago.

     When you are OLDER it's easy to remember some of the things that you had done but.....most of it gets LOST IN SPACE.

      I wish I would have WRITTEN A NOTE about times gone by. 

      I have many decades of books I paid BILLS with but I don't have that many things that I personally did from decades ago.

     Unfortunately when you get WAY OLD you really don't remember much about the past but.... There are many things you do remember about your spouse.

     There are MANY THINGS you do remember about your CHILDREN when they were young.

     And if you have GRANDCHILDREN there are many things that you will ALWAYS REMEMBER them for..... mostly to Love. 😘

     If you want to REMEMBER what is MOST IMPORTANT then..... write it down so you WILL NEVER FORGET IT again.

Boy it has rained over and over again

      There isn't time to forget that the rain is coming over and over again no matter how much rain we wanted to have.

     You have to move all the things under your garage size so it doesn't get everything wet.

     I brought in the plants inside to keep them off the things outside that hold these plants.

     I drove by the other day and saw that once you move everything than there are many things that you just have to do well regardless of how many lanes.

     I was watching the neighbors and no matter what I think I am afraid they will lose this together no matter how much it rains.

      Well as I have to go just wait for the willing to go I see that without a doubt I see the neighbors shares and their table is now all the way back by their house.

     Well I thought that everything that we moved was find but unfortunately our table and chairs and the tables outside are also thrown all over the place. 

     Well I know that no matter how many times we move everything that no matter how many things we move then something else will happen eventually.

     Luckily the rain should be over shortly and tomorrow we will put things back when we are grown.

    And THANK GOD..... none of us last a tree this time.

      The rain will come when it comes...... and we all must just stay inside and be safe.

      

Just because YOU CAN doesn't mean that YOU SHOULD

       Just because you can qualify for a BIGGER HOUSE doesn't mean that you SHOULD take on BIGGER PAYMENTS for a BIGGER HOUSE that is WAY BIGGER than you KNOW that you even need.

    You can EITHER get in the HABIT of BUYING yourself something special every month that you KNOW that you don't really need or..... 

     You can get in the HABIT of putting that EXTRA little bit of money in YOUR SAVINGS each month.

    Which one do you think that you will BENEFIT from?....an OBJECT that COLLECTS DUST or one that COLLECTS INTEREST?

    LIFE is full of CHOICES that YOU WILL have to MAKE throughout YOUR LIFE'S JOURNEY.

     So remember that if you CAN'T AFFORD IT then DON'T BUY IT because you SHOULD CHOOSE to PEACEFULLY LIVE WITHIN YOUR MEANS..... 

   ....not EXHAUST YOURSELF WORKING to make MONTHLY PAYMENTS on the things you bought just because you were TRYING to KEEP UP WITH THE JONES'S.

     To Be THANKFUL for WHAT YOU DO HAVE..... TAKES APPRECIATING WHAT YOU DO HAVE as well as.... SHOWING that you are THANKFUL FOR IT by TAKING CARE OF WHAT YOU DO HAVE.

     NOWADAYS people BUY NEW STUFF just because they want a DIFFERENT COLOR but.... in the GOOD OLD DAYS if it WASN'T BROKEN you definitely WOULDN'T THINK ABOUT BUYING a NEW ONE.

      

     

   

You are not DEFINED by what has happened TO YOU but.......

      You aren't WHO you are simply because of what has happened TO YOU but.... you are WHO you are by HOW YOU REACT to what has happened TO YOU.

     You may have had NO CHOICE to be able to PREVENT it from HAPPENING to you but.... you DO GET TO CHOOSE how YOU WILL REACT to what has happened to you.

     You can either be YOUR BIGGEST CHEERLEADER....OR YOUR WORST ENEMY... which one will YOU CHOOSE TO BE?

     You may have gained weight when you were YOUNG because you didn't have a HEALTHY DIET when you were growing up but......

     When you are an ADULT it is YOUR CHOICE whether you EAT HEALTHIER and lose the extra weight.... you can't BLAME ANYONE but YOURSELF if you are an ADULT who is OVERWEIGHT.

      YOU CHOOSE whether you are an HONEST PERSON or not regardless if anyone around you CHOOSES TO BE DISHONEST..... it's HONESTLY up to you TO CHOOSE to be an HONEST PERSON.

     YOU ARE WHO YOU CHOOSE TO BE SO..... CHOOSE TO BE A KIND, CARING, HONEST HUMAN BEING..... IT'S UP TO YOU to CHOOSE to be the BEST YOU that YOU CAN BE.

     You can BLAME IT ON THE MOON but.....the TRUTH IS.....YOU have NO ONE but YOURSELF TO BLAME for everything you CHOOSE TO DO.

     

     

It's time for SPRING EVENTUALLY EVERYWHERE so....

      DEPENDING on WHERE you LIVE will DETERMINE when personally EACH of OUR SPRING SEASON WILL ARRIVE. 

     BUT..... NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE LIVING .....SPRING is just around the corner BEHIND your WINTER SEASON you are EXPERIENCING NOW.

      There are some GARDEN VEGETABLES that NEED to be PLANTED at the END OF WINTER.... REGARDLESS when YOUR WINTER SEASON ENDS.

     There are LOTS of SPRING CLEANING JOBS that we can get done AHEAD OF SPRINGS ARRIVAL.

     It's TIME to CLEAN your CEILING FANS at THE END OF EVERY SEASON.

    It's TIME to WASH YOUR CURTAINS AND WINDOWS so you are EXCITEDLY WAITING to OPEN YOUR Windows and ENJOY SOME FRESH AIR EVERY SEASON.

     It's TIME to DECLUTTER your HOUSE and either PLAN A YARD SALE or PLAN a TRIP TO DROP THEM OFF to DONATE so you have a CLUTTER FREE HOUSE TO ENJOY SPENDING TIME IN.... EVERY SEASON.

      BUT WHATEVER YOU DO.....GET RID OF THEM........ DON'T JUST MOVE YOUR CLUTTER AROUND because..... it's CLUTTERING UP YOUR HOUSE and YOUR MIND.

    IF YOU WANT a PEACEFUL HOUSE AND PEACE OF MIND you have to take ALL THE CLUTTER INSIDE AND OUT AND.... JUST FLUSH IT out of YOUR HOUSE so YOU MAKE ROOM for PEACE OF MIND to GET IN.

     

     

    

    

      

    

    

Do you AGREE?

     You wouldn't HIRE an ELECTRICIAN to fix your PLUMBING PROBLEMS..... WOULD YOU?

     You wouldn't IGNORE IT if it was really IMPORTANT.... WOULD YOU?

     You can't PEACEFULLY DISCUSS EVERY SUBJECT with EVERYONE because NOT EVERYONE AGREES with YOUR WAY OF THINKING.

     And UNFORTUNATELY it can CAUSE TENSION between SOMEONE because NOT EVERYONE CAN AGREE TO DISAGREE to keep the RELATIONSHIP between EVERYONE PEACEFUL.

    SO...  LEARN WHO likes FOOTBALL SO.... you know WHO you CAN PEACEFULLY TALK TO about FOOTBALL.

    If you KNOW that the person you are with has a DIFFERENT RELIGIOUS OR POLITICAL OPINION than YOU DO then.... DON'T TALK ABOUT ANYTHING RELIGIOUS OR POLITICAL WITH THEM.

    If you KNOW someone is a DIABETIC then DON'T BAKE THEM A CAKE and then GET MAD that THEY DIDN'T EAT IT.

    You can ENJOY going out to DINNER with your FRIEND that is a VEGETARIAN..... as long as you DON'T EXPECT them to EAT MEAT.

   We are all DIFFERENT so of course we WON'T AGREE ON EVERYTHING.

    But we can AGREE TO DISAGREE PEACEFULLY and STILL REMAIN KIND to EACH OTHER..... DON'T YOU AGREE?

Don't LET a TEN MINUTE TASK keep you BUSY STRESSING ABOUT IT for TEN DAYS

      If it takes FIVE MINUTES TO DO then..... SPEND the FIVE MINUTES to get it DONE so you don't WASTE FIVE DAYS STRESSING about HAVING TO DO IT.

      If it NEEDS to get DONE and it is UP TO YOU TO DO IT then..... JUST DO IT so it will GET DONE.

    Have you ever saw something on the ground and for days you just KEPT WALKING AROUND IT?

     ASK YOURSELF WHY you KEPT WALKING AROUND IT.

    Have you ever PUT OFF an ERRAND for so LONG that you were LATE BY THE TIME you GOT IT DONE?

      ASK YOURSELF WHY you KEPT PUTTING IT OFF and make sure next time you NEED TO DO IT....then JUST DO IT.....AS SOON AS YOU CAN.

      If YOU want PEACE OF MIND then.....GET 'R DONE so you can JUST FLUSH IT out of your mind after it's DONE so you can have ROOM for PEACE OF MIND to GET IN.

     The SOONER YOU GET IT DONE.....the SOONER you can STOP STRESSING about HAVING TO DO IT.

     The next time you start making EXCUSES about WHY YOU CAN'T DO IT.... STOP AND....REMIND YOURSELF WHY  YOU SHOULD JUST GET 'R DONE.

     

     

Be careful not to RAMBLE because....

      You have to be CAREFUL to not RAMBLE when you are talking to someone.

      Unfortunately your WORDS said OUT LOUD are PERMANENTLY HEARD. 

    What you say while RAMBLING usually you WOULDN'T SAY if you really THOUGHT about what you wanted to say.

    What you say when you are ANGRY you WOULDN'T SAY if you WAITED until you WEREN'T ANGRY ANYMORE.

    What you say when you are TIRED may come out in a GROUCHY WAY because you are TIRED so give yourself time to WAKE UP first.

    STOP AND THINK BEFORE you SAY IT OUT LOUD.

     Just like BEFORE you SEND a TEXT into CYBERSPACE because you know that once you  SEND IT then it will now be in PERMANENT INK. 

    It's also true that once you SAY IT OUT LOUD...... it is PERMANENTLY HEARD.

    And REMEMBER what your Mom said.....If you don't have anything NICE TO SAY.....then DON'T SAY ANYTHING AT ALL.

    

Did you FIND IT?

     What you FIND will be DETERMINED by.... what you CHOOSE to LOOK FOR.

    If you EXPECT to have ANY CHANCE that you will FIND IT..... you have to SEARCH FOR IT to have ANY CHANCE of FINDING IT.

    WHATEVER you GET in LIFE will REQUIRE you to DO WHATEVER IT TAKES to GET IT.

     You won't ALWAYS GET what you WANT NO MATTER what YOU DO but if YOU ALWAYS DO YOUR BEST....

     Then you will ALWAYS KNOW that YOU DID EVERYTHING that YOU COULD DO NO MATTER how things turn out.

     And at the END OF THE DAY.....ALL THAT MATTERS is that you are PROUD OF EVERYTHING that YOU DO EACH DAY.

    On your LIFE'S JOURNEY remember also that IF YOU SEE TROUBLE COMING.... GET OUT OF THE WAY!

Every DECADE is DIFFERENT

     When you are YOUNG you THINK everything YOU DREAM will COME TRUE.... GUARANTEED.

     When you are a TEENAGER you THINK you are INVINCIBLE and you are GUARANTEED to SUCCEED.

    When you are in your TWENTIES you BEGIN TO SEE that LIFE is full of OBSTACLES that you must FACE.

    When you are in your THIRTIES you have LEARNED that just because it is something that YOU DREAMED about it doesn't mean all YOUR DREAMS will ACTUALLY COME TRUE.

    BY the time you hit your FORTIES you.... well you REALIZE that YOUR LIFE....YOU BUILT through HARD WORK AND SACRIFICES to GET WHERE YOU ARE NOW.

    THEN......comes your FIFTIES.... and YOU NO LONGER CARE what ANYONE ELSE THINKS....IT MEANS FREEDOM....YOU ARE FREE TO BE YOURSELF.

     But ONE THING is for sure......DON'T EXPECT WISDOM to come with AGE because WISDOM ISN'T GUARANTEED 😜 

     ENJOY LIFE while you are LIVING IT...... EVERYDAY AT EVERY AGE.

When you LOOK FORWARD to your DAILY WALK so you get what you need while you are getting HEALTHY

       Have you ever PASSED UP the ROAD you were LOOKING for because you were UNABLE TO SEE It because.... you can't TALK ON YOUR PHONE and SEE AT THE SAME TIME?

     Have you ever WALKED ALL THE WAY INTO a ROOM and then SUDDENLY..... YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU even WALKED in there for?

   TRUST ME it HAPPENS TO ALL OF US from TIME TO TIME, but NOT EVERYBODY WILL ADMIT IT.

     Have you ever finally stopped by your local Walmart and NO MATTER HOW Hard you THOUGHT ABOUT IT you just couldn't remember what you had said MANY TIMES that you NEEDED THE NEXT TIME YOU GET TO WALMART?

      YOU NEVER KNOW if you will GET DISTRACTED one way or another..... no matter how old you are..... and YOU JUST FORGET IT.... ESPECIALLY when you TRY TOO HARD TO REMEMBER IT.

      If YOU DO WRITE A LIST OF WHAT YOU NEED,  have you ever gotten to the store and REALIZED THAT YOU FORGOT THE LIST AT HOME?

     I NOW UNDERSTAND WHY my father-in-law and his friends WALKED TO get their EXERCISE in the SUPER WALMART STORE.

       He said it was VERY HELPFUL because they were ALWAYS ALREADY AT A STORE when..... WHAT THEY NEEDED POPPED BACK UP IN THEIR MINDS AND THEY picked it up on their MORNING WALK.

      

        

      

      

    

     

      

JUST ENJOY IT

      Not EVERY MOMENT is going to be ENJOYABLE....but EVERY MOMENT is a MOMENT YOU have a CHANCE to ENJOY.

     ALTHOUGH NOT ANYONE is PERFECT..... there are MANY PEOPLE who make PERFECTLY GOOD FRIENDS.

    NOT EVERYTHING will happen like YOU WANT IT TO but it CAN HAPPEN...... just it may HAPPEN A LITTLE DIFFERENTLY.

     DON'T GIVE UP when things get TOUGH because you are TOUGH ENOUGH to ACHIEVE IT as long as you DON'T GIVE UP.

     You may be DISAPPOINTED that YOUR PLANS won't work out like you had PLANNED but....

     Sometimes that is because that is the way it is  SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN.... AND THAT IS THE WAY IT HAD TO HAPPEN.

     EVERYTHING HAPPENS for a REASON..... even though you MAY NOT SEE THE REASON AT THAT MOMENT.

    SOMETIMES it takes a TORNADO in your PERSONAL LIFE to get you WHERE you were SUPPOSED TO BE.

     ENJOY LIFE WHILE YOU ARE LIVING IT...BOTH ON on the GOOD DAYS and the BAD DAYS.

    LIFE is like a ROLLERCOASTER AND ROLLERCOASTERS are full of UPS AND DOWNS as well as TWISTS AND TURNS.

    WORRYING about what happened in THE PAST is MAKING YOU SICK TODAY.

    STRESSING out about something that happened in THE PAST is STRESSING you out TODAY.

    WISHING you would have done things differently in THE PAST is a WASTE OF YOUR TIME TODAY.

    Don't KEEP IT FRESH on your mind or you will STINK UP ALL YOUR TODAY'S.

     If you are able to APOLOGIZE to anyone you had hurt in THE PAST then APOLOGIZE and JUST FLUSH IT out of your mind so you can ENJOY THE PRESENT.

    If you can't APOLOGIZE then FORGIVE YOURSELF and JUST FLUSH IT out of your mind so you can ENJOY TODAY.

    WE ONLY have THE TIME WE HAVE SO..... ENJOY THE TIME YOU HAVE TODAY by LEAVING THE PAST IN THE PAST so YOU CAN ENJOY YOUR TODAY'S.

    Sometimes there just is NO ANSWER to WHY IT HAPPENED, not even on Google.

    YOU may have not have had a CHANCE to PREVENT it from happening TO YOU....but YOU DO have a CHOICE whether you KEEP IT FRESH on your mind and KEEP RELIVING IT OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

     Take the PAINFUL EXPERIENCES from THE PAST and..... JUST FLUSH IT....OUT OF YOUR MIND.

    If YOU want PEACE OF MIND you have to JUST FLUSH IT so PEACE OF MIND will have ROOM to GET IN.

    MAKE ROOM for PEACE OF MIND. 

    PEACE OF MIND really is JUST A FLUSH AWAY...... YOU GOT TO GET IN THE HABIT and JUST FLUSH IT as it comes.

     If YOU BELIEVE that it is TRUE then to YOU it is the TRUTH.

    YOUR THOUGHTS make up the REALITY that YOU WILL LIVE whether it is REALLY TRUE OR NOT.... because to YOU IT IS the TRUTH.

    If YOU CHANGE HOW YOU LOOK AT IT then..... WHAT YOU WILL SEE ....WILL CHANGE.

    ONLY IF YOU KEEP YOUR EYES WIDE OPEN will you then....SEE what the TRUTH REALLY IS.

    If YOU THINK IT IS REAL then to YOU IT IS REAL.... whether it is REAL OR NOT.

    If YOU WANT to KNOW the TRUTH......THEN YOU will have to GET THE FACTS so YOU will KNOW THE TRUTH.

    If YOU want to make an INFORMED DECISION..... then GET INFORMED....

     OTHERWISE YOU are making an UNEDUCATED GUESS that have CONSEQUENCES that YOU ALONE will have to LIVE WITH for YOUR LIFETIME.

    SOMEONE ELSE'S OPINION is just THEIR OPINION..... that DOESN'T make it a FACT.

    DON'T let ANYONE'S OPINION.... AFFECT YOUR OPINION......LET THE FACTS FORM YOUR OPINION..... because YOUR OPINION determines YOUR REALITY.

A BORING DAY BEING SICK WITH THE FLU AT HOME is a DAY YOU SHOULD BE THANKFUL YOU DIDN'T SPREAD IT TO ANYONE ELSE

    The FLU SEASON this year is TOTALLY DISRUPTING what you FEEL LIKE DOING or WHAT YOU CAN EVEN DO.

    YOU CAN'T go out not only because YOU ARE TOO SICK but also because it is HIGHLY CONTAGIOUS and YOU SHOULDN'T SPREAD the FLU.

     Why? Because it can have a DEVASTATINGLY IMPACT on those YOU SPREAD YOUR FLU to.

    There are SOME PEOPLE BOTH YOUNG AND OLD who's HEALTH CAN NOT HANDLE the FLU.

    I KNOW that YOU HAVE THINGS TO DO and if YOU DON'T DO IT THEN NO ONE WILL do IT and  it WON'T GET DONE but..... YOU SHOULDN'T SPREAD THE FLU.... PERIOD.

    If YOU have gotten the FLU then YOU KNOW that YOU JUST GOT TO STAY HOME and GET PLENTY OF REST and DRINK PLENTY OF WATER and before YOU KNOW IT IN A FEW DAYS YOU WILL RECOVER FROM THE FLU.

    YOU NEVER KNOW WHO WILL BE AT THE GROCERY STORE that is just TOO WEAK TO CATCH THE FLU.

    YOU NEVER KNOW WHO IS AT THE ELECTRIC COMPANY when you go to pay your bill...WHO HAS A COMPROMISED IMMUNE SYSTEM and they are just TOO WEAK TO CATCH THE FLU.

    YOU NEVER KNOW WHO AT THE RETAIL STORE that you VISIT has CANCER AND THEY are just TOO WEAK to HANDLE CATCHING THE FLU.

    Having the FLU MEANS YOU SHOULD STAY HOME so YOU DON'T SPREAD THE FLU TO OTHERS ....... PERIOD.... It's that SIMPLE...DON'T SPREAD THE FLU.

    REMEMBER....WHATEVER NEEDS DONE CAN WAIT A FEW DAYS WHILE YOU RECOVER FROM THE FLU....SO WAIT UNTIL YOU RECOVER FROM THE FLU.

      

CUTTING it TOTALLY out of your DIET may be IMPOSSIBLE TO DO

     Sometimes when you decide to go on a DIET you set yourself up for FAILURE.

     If YOU DECIDE to have it in MODERATION you can find it EASIER to STICK TO THE DIET because you can still EAT IT IN MODERATION.

   If YOU tell yourself you can NEVER HAVE IT EVER AGAIN, you are LIKELY TO NEVER STICK TO THE DIET. 

    If YOU tell yourself that you can only have it ONCE A WEEK it let's you LOOK FORWARD TO ENJOYING IT WITHOUT OVERDOING IT.

    I THOUGHT I would MISS NOT HAVING it WHENEVER I WANTED but HONESTLY I now see it as something I TREAT MYSELF TO ONCE A WEEK.

     YOU CAN BENEFIT from CUTTING BACK WITHOUT FEELING CHEATED OUT OF ANYTHING.

     BE REALISTIC with SETTING your GOALS from the BEGINNING by MAKING A PLAN THAT YOU CAN EASILY STICK TO.

     NOTHING IS PERFECT NOT EVEN A DIET.... but it is PERFECTLY GOOD FOR YOU TO DO WHAT YOU CAN DO to be HEALTHIER.

    DON'T SET YOURSELF UP FOR FAILURE by HAVING UNREALISTIC EXPECTATIONS FOR YOURSELF.

    

    

Be careful GIVING someone YOUR OPINION

    If someone DOESN'T ASK for YOUR OPINION then..... Keep YOUR OPINIONS to yourself.

    You may THINK that GIVING YOUR OPINION is something that THEY WANT TO HEAR or it MAY HELP THEM...BUT

    YOUR OPINION can really make them FORM AN UNFAVORABLE OPINION of you.

   And unfortunately being older I KNOW that a SIMPLE OPINION YOU EXPRESSED years ago can be something that THEY NEVER FORGET.

    Which can then make it IMPOSSIBLE to CHANGE THEIR OPINION OF YOU for a LIFETIME.

    I REMEMBER when I was young there was ALWAYS a COUPLE OF RELATIVES and FAMILY FRIENDS who were always QUIETLY OBSERVING the CONVERSATIONS.

    They NEVER seemed to PUT IN THEIR TWO CENTS or APPEARED to NOT HAVE AN OPINION ON ANYTHING.

   They would just SIT THERE QUIETLY AND SMILE and occasionally nodded their head.

    Now I GET WHY they ONLY LISTENED. That is why everyone looked forward to seeing them and NO DISAGREEMENTS over their DIFFERENCES OF OPINIONS.

    Because they had NEVER EXPRESSED THEIR OPINIONS OUT LOUD...so THEREFORE they weren't EVER JUDGED BY THEIR OPINIONS.

   YOUR OPINION is the only one that truly matters but it it also MATTERS that SOMETIMES YOU just NEED to KEEP YOUR OPINIONS TO YOURSELF. 

    JUST like in a poker game in the GAME OF LIFE You got to KNOW WHEN TO HOLD THEM.... WHEN TO FOLD THEM....AND WHEN TO WALK AWAY QUIETLY.

Have you ever just relaxed by PEOPLE WATCHING?

     Today I got stuck waiting on someone for a long time and I had to INVENT ways to stay busy while I waited.

    Otherwise I would have gotten FRUSTRATED about having to wait so long.

    Since I was in a store parking lot waiting, there was plenty of people moving around in the parking lot.

    LUCKILY that meant I had PLENTY of PEOPLE I could WATCH to DISTRACT MYSELF.

    And I ACTUALLY had FUN WATCHING PEOPLE of all ages as they SCURRIED AROUND.

   There was those that QUICKLY ran into the store to get a COUPLE OF THINGS.

   Then there was those who took so long that I had to WANDER if they got LOST IN THE STORE or perhaps they FORGOT WHERE THEY HAD PARKED.

   It was FUN to see all the DIFFERENT STYLES of CLOTHES that people were wearing TOO.

   Then ALL OF A SUDDEN I was STARTLED by the person I was WAITING ON because I was LOST IN THE GAME OF PEOPLE WATCHING and FORGOT I WAS WAITING ON THEM.

   YOU Won't get FRUSTRATED ABOUT WAITING when you ENJOY RELAXING while you are PEOPLE WATCHING.

   TRY IT next time you find yourself stuck waiting on someone, you just might realize that PEOPLE WATCHING IS FUNNER than you might have IMAGINED.

   

The HURDLES on your LIFE'S JOURNEY are NOT ONE AND DONE

     There will be many CHALLENGES you will have to face but you can only face them AS THEY COME.

    You can't get too COMFORTABLE in Life because Life is always CHANGING and you have to make the NECESSARY CHANGES.

    You can't get DISCOURAGED and get IMMOBILIZED by the BOULDERS that fall in your LIFE'S PATH just GO AROUND THEM.

    LIFE is not ALWAYS EASY but as long as you are ALIVE ANYTHING is POSSIBLE.

    You may NOT THINK you can DO IT but before you KNOW IT you will CLEARLY KNOW YOU CAN after YOU FINISH DOING IT.

    HURDLES in LIFE are HURDLES not BRICK WALLS that can HOLD YOU BACK.

     LIFE is a ROLLERCOASTER and you can ENJOY THE RIDE even though it is a BUMPY RIDE AT TIMES.

     DON'T EXPECT LIFE to be SMOOTH SAILING and you won't EXPECT a LIFE WITH NO CHALLENGES.

    

    

It is IMPORTANT to FOCUS on what is REALLY IMPORTANT

     Not EVERYTHING is NECESSARY all that matters is if you have EVERYTHING that you REALLY NEED.

    What OTHERS think is what THEY THINK but what OTHERS THINK has NOTHING TO DO what YOU HAVE TO CHOOSE TO THINK.

    You may not be able to buy your DREAM HOME but the HOME YOU DO HAVE is pretty AWESOME.

    The PLANS you made may have to CHANGE but sometimes CHANGE IS A PART of the PLAN, that you didn't know you needed.

    STOP letting what you don't have STOP you from ENJOYING what you do have. 

    If you ONLY FOCUS on the PAST you will LOSE FOCUS on the PRESENT MOMENT.

    Since Your THOUGHTS determine the REALITY that YOU WILL LIVE.... THINK HAPPY THOUGHTS AND ENJOY YOUR LIFE.

    

    

Keep your OPTIONS OPEN so you will have OPTIONS

     You may not CHOOSE to take advantage of all your OPTIONS but you should ALWAYS keep all your OPTIONS OPEN so you will be able to CHOOSE that OPTION LATER IN YOUR LIFE.

    You may not WANT to HANGOUT with them EVERYDAY but you can still treasure their FRIENDSHIP and you can HANGOUT with them another day if you WANT TO.

    You may not be ABLE to EAT it all in ONE MEAL but you can ENJOY your LEFTOVERS when you are HUNGRY later.

    You may THINK about GOING but are TOO BUSY at the moment but luckily you can CHOOSE to GO ANOTHER DAY.

     Remember to ALWAYS Keep all your OPTIONS OPEN so you will ALWAYS have OPTIONS to CHOOSE from later in your life.

    OPPORTUNITIES may come KNOCKING AT YOUR DOOR but if you DON'T OPEN THE DOOR you will MISS YOUR OPPORTUNITY.

    OPPORTUNITIES are NEVER LOST they are just TAKEN BY SOMEONE ELSE.

     KEEP YOUR EYES WIDE OPEN for OPTIONS and OPPORTUNITIES that may come your way.

     

YOU CAN........ but WILL YOU?

      You COULD be a POSITIVE ROLE MODEL to others but ARE YOU?

     You COULD be a PART OF THE SOLUTION but that is ONLY POSSIBLE IF You are NOT PART OF THE PROBLEM.

     You COULD ENCOURAGE OTHERS but it is ONLY POSSIBLE if You SAY SOMETHING ENCOURAGING to SOMEONE.

   You SHOULD HELP OTHERS if YOU CAN........ but WILL YOU?

    You may have a LOT OF LOVE in your heart but CAN ANYONE FEEL IT?

    You may NOT BE ABLE TO ALWAYS HELP but YOU CAN ALWAYS BE KIND TO EVERYONE YOU MEET and greet them with a SMILE.

    A SMILE says PEACE in any language.

It starts out as a SIMPLE FLEETING THOUGHT then....

     When a NEGATIVE THOUGHT pops up trying to GRAB YOUR ATTENTION...... JUST FLUSH IT at FIRST GLANCE.

    If YOU let it GRAB YOUR ATTENTION....It brings with it an AVALANCHE OF NEGATIVE THOUGHTS.

    And as you know an AVALANCHE of NEGATIVE THOUGHTS......will BURY YOU IN NEGATIVE FEELINGS.

    Our MINDS have a NEVER ENDING STREAM OF THOUGHTS and some are POSITIVE and will lead to POSITIVE IMPACTS on you.

    Some are NEGATIVE THOUGHTS that will only lead to NEGATIVE EXPERIENCES and NEGATIVE OUTCOMES.

    Some are INSPIRING and they MOTIVATE YOU to ACCOMPLISH your GOALS.

    Some bring up CHERISHED MEMORIES for you to RELIVE and ENJOY once again.

    You can't STOP the ENDLESS STREAM OF THOUGHTS but YOU CAN CHOOSE which ones you let GRAB YOUR ATTENTION.

    YOU may not have had a CHOICE the FIRST TIME YOU HAD to EXPERIENCE it ....but you can JUST FLUSH IT OUT OF YOUR MIND and CHOOSE NOT TO RELIVE IT and EXPERIENCE IT EVER AGAIN.

    ONE THOUGHT AT A TIME....... DECIDE if you want to GRAB IT OR JUST FLUSH IT.

    ONE THOUGHT AT A TIME YOU CAN MAKE ROOM FOR PEACE OF MIND TO GET IN.

Obviously YOU CAN only DO what YOU CAN DO

      If YOU are NOT A LAWYER than YOU can't possibly be the BEST LAWYER.

     If YOU are NOT A DOCTOR than YOU can't possibly be the BEST DOCTOR.

    If YOU are NOT A MAGICIAN than YOU probably aren't going to be good at MAGIC TRICKS.

    OBVIOUSLY YOU CAN only DO what YOU CAN DO but YOU can't be the BEST YOU that YOU CAN BE unless YOU DO YOUR BEST.

     OBVIOUSLY YOU CAN only have a POSITIVE IMPACT on OTHERS if YOU DO SOMETHING POSITIVE.

     OBVIOUSLY YOU CAN only be COMFORTABLE in the SKIN YOU ARE IN if YOU ARE COMFORTABLE with what YOU DO IN THE SKIN YOU ARE IN.

     At the end of the day all that matters is that YOU make sure that YOU ARE PROUD of everything YOU DO EACH DAY. 

     As long as YOU DO THE BEST that YOU CAN DO then YOU WILL KNOW that YOU DID THE BEST that YOU COULD DO and YOU SHOULD BE PROUD OF YOURSELF.

      At the end of the day YOU don't want to have any REGRETS so DON'T DO anything that YOU WILL REGRET.

      It's UP TO YOU to be the BEST YOU that YOU CAN BE.

How they FEEL ABOUT it doesn't affect how you FEEL ABOUT IT

     You KNOW that you CAN'T PLEASE EVERYONE so you KNOW that NOT EVERYONE will be PLEASED with what you do.

     You KNOW that we are ALL UNIQUELY DIFFERENT so you KNOW that we are NOT ALL THE SAME.

     You KNOW that what WORKS for someone else may NOT WORK FOR YOU so you may have to do things DIFFERENTLY.

     You KNOW that the CARDS you are DEALT IN LIFE are the CARDS you have to PLAY WITH IN YOUR LIFE, that's just LIFE.

    You may THINK the GRASS IS GREENER on the OTHER SIDE but if you LOOK CLOSELY you WILL SEE that THEIR GRASS is REALLY JUST FULL OF GREEN WEEDS.

     So LOOK CLOSELY and then you will SEE that you should be THANKFUL for your MINTY COLORED HEALTHY LAWN.

     Being your GENUINE UNIQUE SELF is what makes you SPECIAL so BE YOURSELF and LET THEM BE THEM.

    

We all have to LEARN HOW TO find the LIGHTER MOMENTS to SHARE

     When someone ASK YOU how you are doing.... you have to DECIDE WHAT YOU want them to know.

     You don't have to give them THE ENTIRE LIST of OBSTACLES that you have had to FACE TODAY.

     They HONESTLY REALLY DON'T need to know nor do they care that you spilled your coffee TODAY.

    They HONESTLY REALLY DON'T need to know nor do they care that your puppy chewed up your favorite shoes TODAY.

   They are REALLY JUST ASKING to be POLITE and START a CONVERSATION with you.

    When they ASK How you are doing TODAY remember to STOP.... and THINK about WHICH MOMENT YOU WANT TO SHARE WITH THEM.

    YOU will have to SCAN WHAT YOU DID TODAY and CHOOSE to FOCUS ON a l LIGHTER MOMENT that you experienced TODAY to SHARE WITH THEM.

     This is what those around you that you love do and have been doing.... They CHOOSE TO only SHARE a LIGHTER MOMENT with you.

    You may THINK YOU KNOW what someone is GOING THROUGH but the TRUTH IS... YOU ONLY KNOW what they CHOSE TO PORTRAIT TO YOU.

   Which is WHY...... you should not judge anyone so harshly for what THEY CHOOSE TO DO because you really have NO IDEA WHY THEY CHOSE TO DO WHAT THEY DID.

    

     

    

     

   

Do you WAVE at the Driver who MADE ROOM for you to pull out on the road way?

      Well I hope everyone reading this would at least give a quick HAND POKE IN THE AIR as a gester of a genuine THANK YOU.

     I have to ADMIT that it is that THANK YOU WAVE I anticipate getting that makes me GLADLY MAKE ROOM for you to pull out comfortably.

     I ALWAYS say YOUR WELCOME regardless of whether they GIVE ME A THANK YOU WAVE or NOT.

     But I have to ADMIT that the TONE IN MY VOICE when I say those WORDS is 100% based on whether I GET A WAVE OR A POKE IN THE AIR or NOT.

    When my Son HOLDS THE DOOR OPEN at our local post office he LOOKS FORWARD to that LOOK IN THEIR EYES WITH A SMILE that they greet him with.

    The POSITIVE EFFECT OF a random ACT OF KINDNESS makes BEING KIND something we LOOK FORWARD TO FEELING PROUD of OURSELVES for our KIND GESTURE.

    BE KIND to EVERYONE YOU MEET because you have no idea what they may be facing. 

    You would be SURPRISED at HOW WELL people including people you THOUGHT YOU KNEW very well were HIDING THEIR PAIN.

    A HOUSEHOLD may LOOK LIKE A HAPPY HOME but the people LIVING IN THAT HOUSEHOLD may NOT actually be HAPPY AT ALL.

     You don't have to know their personal business or KNOW them at all to KNOW that YOUR KINDNESS would be APPRECIATED.

    A SMILE makes a SMILE HUG THE FACE of WHOEVER YOU SEND A SMILE TO and they CAN'T HELP BUT SMILE BACK AT YOU.

    TRY IT.... SMILE at someone and you WILL SEE that they can't help but SMILE BACK at you.

    AND BEST OF ALL....You can HUG SOMEONE WITH A SMILE without fear of CATCHING THE FLU.

Make a PATHWAY to get WHERE you want to be

      There may not seem to be a PATHWAY that you can SEE that you CAN TAKE but you can MAKE A PATHWAY to get you WHERE you want to be.

     There may not be any EASY WAY to do it but it is still EASY to get there if you are willing to put in the HARD WORK that is NECESSARY to get you WHERE you want to be.

     Not everything you WANT is what you will ACTUALLY GET in LIFE but you SHOULD still BE HAPPY with what you DO HAVE.

      Don't let a MINOR SETBACK or a HURDLE along your PATHWAY on your LIFE'S JOURNEY stop you from reaching any of your DREAMS.

     Don't EXPECT INSTANT GRATIFICATION for things that you know REALISTICALLY will TAKE TIME TO ACHIEVE.

     Rome wasn't BUILT in a day and it's because they CHOSE to BUILD it STURDY REGARDLESS of HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE.

      If you want it to WITHSTAND THE TEST OF TIME you have to be willing to PUT IN the TIME it will REQUIRE to make sure it CAN STAND THE TEST OF TIME.

     If YOU REALLY WANT IT then YOU HAVE TO do WHATEVER IT TAKES for as LONG AS IT WILL TAKE YOU to GET IT. 

     NOTHING FROM NOTHING LEAVES NOTHING. 

      

     

 

What you do is up to you

     You can try to convince yourself that it wasn't your fault but if you chose to do it then obviously it is your fault.

    It is up to you to do the right thing because saying other people are doing it doesn't mean that it is the right thing to do.

    The path that looks more traveled can look more worn simply because when people went that way they had to turn around and come back down the path because it lead to a dead end.

    In life you may have to make some tough decisions but as long as you get all the facts to make an informed decision then you at least have a chance to make the right decision.

    Sometimes you can still make a mistake but as long as you did what you thought was right you will be proud of your decision no matter how things turn out.

    You can blame it on the moon if you want to but the truth is it is up to you to do the right thing because it is you that will pay the consequences for everything that you do.

     It's your Life to live and the Life you will live is made up of the choices that you make along the way.

Do they make you feel STRESSED OUT?

     Have you ever WALKED into a room and you could INSTANTLY just FEEL the TENSION IN THE AIR?  

    Have you ever MET someone and INSTANTLY realized that you didn't want to INTERACT with them?

    Have you ever finally ACHIEVED YOUR GOAL only to then REALIZE it wasn't IMPORTANT ANYMORE?

     When you FEEL IT deep down in the PIT OF YOUR STOMACH it ISN'T ALWAYS GAS. 

     Sometimes It's your BUILT-IN WARNING SYSTEM trying to WARN YOU...... and you should HEED THE WARNING.

      When your SPIDEY SENSES get TRIGGERED and GO OFF you NEED to FOCUS AND GO INTO STEALTH MODE.

     If you FEEL IT then......REACT ACCORDINGLY and everything will BE ALRIGHT.

     KEEP your EYES WIDE OPEN so you can SEE what you NEED TO SEE.

     KEEP your EARS CLEAN so you can HEAR what you NEED TO HEAR.

     AND....... LEARN THE DIFFERENCE between what's POSSIBLE and what's IMPOSSIBLE.... because if it SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE that MEANS IT ISN'T TRUE.

    

Do you want A FRESH START in 2025?

     TODAY is the START of OUR BEST YEAR EVER because we will take all the CRAP from OUR PAST and JUST FLUSH IT out of OUR MINDS and OUT OF OUR LIFE so we can have a FRESH START.

    From this DAY FORWARD what DIDN'T WORK in 2024 we WILL NOT BRING INTO 2025......CHEERS TO OUR BEST YEAR EVER.

     I feel LIGHTER and the FUTURE LOOKS BRIGHTER TODAY because it's a NEW YEAR and I  DIDN'T BRING any of OLD CRAP so it is TRULY A FRESH START.
