Sometimes you THINK IT IS up to you but ...

     Have you ever STARTED A PROJECT that you THOUGHT for sure YOU COULD DO IT....yet AFTER TRYING IT you REALIZE THAT YOU CAN'T DO IT ALONE?

     YOU MAY have been the ONE EXPECTED TO START IT but YOU might REALIZE that YOU ARE JUST THE STARTER and THEN you will have to GIVE IT TO the PERSON who is SUPPOSED TO FINISH IT.

     YOU were NECESSARY TO GET THE BALL ROLLING but you DON'T have what IS NECESSARY TO FINISH IT to COMPLETION.

      YOU CAN be GREAT AT WRITING but YOU ARE NOT A GOOD ENTHUSIASTIC ENTREPRENEUR so.... LOOK FOR THE RIGHT SPEAKER to GET IT GOING.

     YOU CAN be GOOD at BEING ARTISTIC but there is A lot more things that NEED DONE besides ONLY ARTISTICALLY.

      BEFORE YOU GET STARTED you have to FIGURE OUT WHAT WILL NEED DONE... Then APPOINT the RIGHT PEOPLE TO GET EACH JOB DONE.

     AND SPREAD THE POSITIVE MESSAGE behind JUST FLUSH IT so people will have ROOM for PEACE OF MIND to GET IN.
