Our minds have an ENDLESS STREAM of THOUGHTS that sometimes makes it hard to STAY BUSY so you can STAY FOCUSED on what is IMPORTANT.
When a NEGATIVE THOUGHT tries to "GRAB YOUR ATTENTION" you have to get BUSY with POSITIVE THINGS to FORGET ABOUT IT.
If you want to CHANGE YOUR THOUGHTS then FILL YOUR LIFE with OTHER POSITIVE things TO DO to KEEP YOU BUSY THINKING about OTHER THINGS.
When you start THINKING about what has happened that UPSETS YOU start THINKING about what has also happened that made you HAPPY TODAY.
EVERY DAY there are GOOD THINGS as well as THINGS you wish you could have AVOIDED.
What will you CHOOSE to REMEMBER ABOUT TODAY?
If you DID something that you REGRET DOING then MAKE SURE that you NEVER DO IT AGAIN.
If you DID something that you would LOVE TO DO again sometime then REMEMBER that and DO IT AGAIN ONE DAY.
CHOOSE to REMEMBER that EVERY DAY is ANOTHER DAY and EVERY MOMENT is ANOTHER MOMENT that you CAN CHOOSE TO POSITIVELY ENJOY.
WE ONLY have the TIME WE HAVE to ENJOY EVERY MOMENT that WE HAVE.
When you need to CHANGE YOUR WAY OF THINKING you will have to START THINKING DIFFERENTLY by STAYING BUSY DOING things to DISTRACT your way of THINKING.
