What seeds are you sowing?

   WHAT messages are you passing on to others?

   Don't just COMPLAIN about the things that you feel are holding you back, STOP letting it hold you back.

  If you want things to be DIFFERENT than you have to do something DIFFERENTLY.

   You may not be able to CHANGE what anyone else does but what YOU DO IS UP TO YOU.

   People who hurt OTHERS are people who are HURTING.

   You won't get anywhere ARGUING with them about what they SHOULD do it will only keep the ANGRY tension going.

  If you RESPOND to them with KINDNESS you have a chance to end the NEGATIVITY that CONSUMES THEM.

  You can't put out  a FIRE by throwing FIRE on it.

   If you plant tomato seeds you will only harvest tomatoes.

  If you want strawberries then you have to plant strawberry seeds.

   It's TRUE you REAP what you sow.

   What seeds are you planting?

  SPREAD seeds of HUMANITY to replace the INSANITY we see in society.
