Distracting yourself from thinking about something else is a way to change your negative thoughts.

    Keeping things FRESH on your mind DOESN'T allow you to think of anything else.

   Keeping NEGATIVE thoughts FRESH on your mind DOESN'T allow you to have any POSITIVE thoughts.

  Take the NEGATIVE experiences from your PAST and JUST FLUSH IT out of your mind.

  If you keep PAINFUL THOUGHTS FRESH on your mind it will allow it to keep HURTING you OVER AND OVER AGAIN, JUST FLUSH IT out of your mind.

  If you want PEACE OF MIND you have to JUST FLUSH IT so PEACE OF MIND has ROOM to get in.

  You DIDN'T have a CHOICE when it happened the first time and HURT you but you can CHOOSE to JUST FLUSH IT OUT OF YOUR MIND so it can't HURT you OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

  When a NEGATIVE thought POPS UP quickly JUST FLUSH IT!!
