Think about the good things because your thoughts are your reality
Stress can do physical damage even if in the end you had nothing to stress about. Worrying about something that might happen puts unnecessary stress on your mind and body. When you start to stress over something that may or may not happen, quickly JUST FLUSH IT out of your mind before it can do any damage. You may not have had anything to worry about but you can worry yourself to death over nothing. Too much stress on your mind can do as much damage as too many fries. Even if it turns out that there is nothing to worry about the damage is already done. Your thoughts are the reality you live so think of positive thoughts so you can have a positive outcome. Don't worry unless you actually have something to worry about or you will have to worry about the damage your unnecessary worrying has caused. Like the song says Don't worry be happy.
