Celebrate your way

Tomorrow is a day to celebrate our Independence. The freedom to do it your way. Not everybody likes fireworks but those that do will light up the sky and if you want to see them you are free to watch them, or not. Having the freedom to do it your way is a reason to celebrate. Having a right to choose how you celebrate every day is a choice we are all thankful for. We must remember that in order to have the freedom to do it your way, means you have to respect how everyone else chooses to enjoy it their way. The moment you start telling others what to do or how to do it, is the moment that we all lose our Independence. Unfortunately the weather may make the decision on what time you  can grill out or if you have to eat indoors.  Everyday we celebrate our Independence and are thankful for it. But on the fourth of July we gather together to remind ourselves just how lucky we are to have our Independence. Like Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz says, there is no place like home. Celebrate your way but celebrate responsibly, don't drink and drive.
