Knowing what to do is only half of the battle

It's good when you know what to do but actually doing it is a whole other thing. Like you know you should eat right but will you? You know yet you have to make sure you actually eat healthy. It takes constant commitment to stay away from bad foods no matter how many times a craving for it pops in your mind. If you know you need to budget then no matter what you think about buying you have to stick to your budget. If you know their is a crater in the road ahead then go around it instead of falling in it. If you know that trouble is coming then you know what to do then you know you should just get out of it's way.
