You shouldn't spend too much time thinking over and over again about negative thoughts. Its ok to acknowledge what has happened but then you need to JUST FLUSH IT out of your mind. Have you heard the saying "Anyone can make a MOUNTAIN out of a mole hill if they keep adding dirt"? Well if you keep thinking about it over and over again that is what you are doing. You turn something that was a simple annoyance into a problem. Life is hard enough without you making it harder for yourself. Learn to JUST FLUSH IT as it comes.
