Every minute that you are stressed out is dangerous to your health. Stress causes your blood pressure to rise which causes physical damage to your body that can not be undone. If what you are stressing over is not a life or death situation then don't make it one. So many times you may be stressing for days over something only to find out that in the end everything turned out alright and you were stressed unnecessarily. But regardless of the positive outcome the physical damage from the stress is already done. You can eat right and get plenty of exercise but you also have to maintain good mental health for your overall well being.
