We are running out of options

As I watch yet another mom and pop store closing there doors I am saddened.  It also means less choices we have of where we can go. If what you need is only available at one place then they have less concern about customer satisfaction. In the old days they knew if they didn't treat you right you would go somewhere else. This kept people more honest and customer satisfaction was a must to remain in business. Now when there is no where else to go they know you will put up with anything. This only promotes and opens the door to poor customer service. Competition is necessary to keep prices down and polite attitudes in customer service. Support the small businesses in your area so they can be there in the future. We all want to be able to have a choice so we just have to make sure we have choices available to make.
