They had nothing to do with it

Times are tough these days for everyone which is why you should be kind to everyone you meet for you have no idea the troubles they may be facing. Don't take out your frustrations on others it won't make you feel any better but it will make it worse for them. Remember before you react unkindly that they had nothing to do with causing your frustration so therefore they don't deserve to be treated unkindly causing them to be frustrated. You wouldn't spread the Flu to others and you shouldn't spread your anger on them either. When you are frustrated remember the old saying "If you don't have anything nice to say then don't say anything at all."
