Half full is better than empty

Too many times if the chance was given there would be less people that were desperate for any chance at all. Chances are you either know someone or by chance will encounter someone who just needs a chance to get on there feet. There are many who got knocked down by random circumstances and then there are those who made choices that led them to being down and out. Either way if given the chance they will gladly stand on their own. Even if they could get half a chance they would make it because they would have a glass that was half full and they will enjoy it because they once had an empty glass.
