If you know that what you are doing is hurting you then it's a no brainer just stop doing it. If there is certain things that bring on negative thoughts then for goodness sake stay away from those things. If you know it's time for a change then does it really matter what time it is? Knowing what you should do and knowing that you are the only one who can do it will get you no where if you don't just do it. Only when it's done after you did what you knew you should do can you say "I did it."
