Choose NOT to say it out loud

Screaming and yelling at each other is not Healthy nor is it considered communicating with someone. The energy that is used to be the one who's doing the yelling or to be the one being yelled at is mind boggling. As your blood pressure rises and your muscles tighten your organs get squeezed turning the Mental Anguish into Physical Distress. The old saying "If you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all" seems to be something we need to say more often because people have been letting whatever pops in their mind fly out their mouth. Don't let your anger spew on to others by simply choosing to NOT say it out loud.
