A Healthy Lifestyle includes maintaining Mental Stress
After you have a stressful argument with someone your body and mind feel like you just ran a marathon. Chances are if you were arguing then you really didn't come up with a workable agreement. In the end you made matters worse not only the relationship with the person you were arguing with but your Overall Health as well. Relationships usually recover in time but the Physical damage is done and that you can never fully recover from. You must realize that Mental Stress leads to Physical Distress. Maintaining Good Physical Health is more than watching what you eat and getting plenty of exercise you must also avoid Mental Stress as well for your overall Physical Well Being.
