RELAX by letting NATURE distract you so you can RELAX

     As you are feeling STRESSED OUT you should take a break OUTSIDE and let NATURE distract you so you can feel RELAXED.

    When you HEAR a bird CHIRPING you can easily be DISTRACTED while you LOOK around to SEE the Bird who is CHIRPING.

    It is especially exciting when you HEAR a WOODPECKER and instantly find his bright RED HEAD in a nearby tree.

    As you WATCH a YELLOW BUTTERFLY go from one FLOWER to the next FLOWER you feel RELAXED.

   Even the BEES are RELAXING to WATCH them as they gather POLLEN on their JOURNEY through your YARD.

    As you take a WALK around your YARD to get FRESH AIR and some EXERCISE you would be surprised at how RELAXING EXERCISE in NATURE can be.

    The next time you are FEELING STRESSED OUT .... just go OUTSIDE AND RELAX so you can FEEL LESS STRESSFUL.
