After a hectic situation after you have had a moment to think about it...have you ever said....
I SHOULDN'T HAVE SAID THAT?
Or I WISH I WOULDN'T HAVE DONE THAT?
We all have FELT SOMETHING and SAID THINGS during a HEATED MOMENT IN LIFE that we wish WE HAD NOT SAID.
We have all REACTED to a NEGATIVE CIRCUMSTANCE in such a NEGATIVE way that we wish we COULD TAKE BACK how we REACTED.
UNFORTUNATELY once you SAY IT you can't change what PEOPLE HEARD.
UNFORTUNATELY once you DO IT it BECOMES a FACT something that YOU DID that you are HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR because YOU DID DO IT.
LUCKILY you can be FORGIVEN if you ASK FOR FORGIVENESS from those who you had hurt, but CAN you FORGIVE YOURSELF?
We tend to EASILY FORGIVE OTHERS yet we JUDGE OURSELVES so harshly that we have trouble FORGIVING OURSELVES.
Remember that NO ONE IS PERFECT so accept that NO ONE is PERFECT INCLUDING YOURSELF.
We ARE ALL JUST HUMAN AND HUMANS ARE NOT PERFECT, BUT....... REMEMBER BEFORE YOU REACT.....STOP and THINK about what YOUR ACTIONS WILL BRING because ONCE YOU REACT YOU CAN'T TAKE IT BACK.
AND like your MOM TOLD YOU....IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANYTHING NICE TO SAY.....THEN YOU SHOULDN'T SAY ANYTHING AT ALL.
