How long could you go WITHOUT LOOKING AT YOUR PHONE?

    There are VERY VERY VERY FEW PEOPLE who DON'T OWN A SMARTPHONE.

    MOST PEOPLE carry their SMARTPHONE with them EVERYWHERE they go.

    Not ONLY when they LEAVE FROM PLACE TO PLACE, they carry their SMARTPHONE from ROOM TO ROOM.

   Have you ever thought about HOW MUCH TIME YOU spend LOOKING AT YOUR SMARTPHONE?

   I just watched a sitcom that showed EVERY MEMBER OF THEIR FAMILY sitting SIDE BY SIDE EACH OTHER LOOKING AT THEIR SMARTPHONES.

   They were ALL LOOKING AT DIFFERENT THINGS on their SMARTPHONES, NOT even INTERACTING WITH EACH OTHER.

   IF YOU are going to SPEND TIME WITH YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS YOU have to TURN OFF YOUR SMARTPHONES so YOU CAN INTERACT WITH THEM.

   There ARE TIMES AND THERE ARE PLACES WHERE YOU NEED TO PUT DOWN YOUR SMARTPHONES to STAY CONNECTED TO YOUR HUMAN SIDE.
