If you LOOK AT it DIFFERENTLY you will SEE DIFFERENT THINGS.
IF you LOOK at it from a DIFFERENT POINT OF VIEW you will SEE a VIEW that you DIDN'T SEE BEFORE.
WHAT you LOOK for will DETERMINE what you WILL SEE.
TEN people can LOOK at the SAME THING, yet SEE TEN DIFFERENT THINGS.
When my son felt he was being yelled at, I could SEE the ANGER inside him building up.
Then I got him to realize he normally had done it ONCE A WEEK but it had been NEARLY TWO WEEKS since he had done it.
Immediately I could see the ANGER DISAPPEAR from his face and it was REPLACED with a LOOK OF UNDERSTANDING that he had FORGOTTEN TO DO IT LAST WEEK.
Before you let WHAT YOU THINK YOU SEE affect you, TRY LOOKING AT IT DIFFERENTLY and you just MIGHT SEE how it ACTUALLY should AFFECT you.
When he LOOKED AT IT DIFFERENTLY HE COULD SEE that he WASN'T being yelled at he was just being REMINDED that it was something he needed to do.
When you CAN HELP them SEE IT FROM A DIFFERENT POINT OF VIEW you HELP them from being ANGRY UNNECESSARILY.
UNFORTUNATELY you do DAMAGE to your OVERALL WELL BEING from being ANGRY over something even though it was NOTHING TO BE ANGRY ABOUT.
HELPING someone SEE IT DIFFERENTLY may be ALL THE HELP THEY NEED to HELP KEEP them HEALTHY.
