There are many challenges that we must face while we are on our Life's journey that can be stressful. Not to mention the added stress the pandemic has created.
The stress can weigh so heavy on our mind that it can weigh you down physically.
Sometimes we add unnecessary stress because we worry about what COULD or MIGHT happen.
The damage is done even if everything turns out fine and we realize that we worried and stressed when we didn't even need to.
So don't stress yourself out, or at least not until you know that you have something you need to even stress about at all.
Because the damage that stress caused you is real even though it turns out you had nothing to worry about.
If it is not a life or death situation then don't make it one by worrying yourself to death about things that you aren't even going through.
Your thoughts are the reality that you live even if your thoughts are not reality at all.
Don't sweat the small stuff, nor things that COULD OR MIGHT happen.
