How did they do it?

   How is it that you can do it right in front of them yet they don't see what you were doing but they notice them doing it the first time they do it?

  How can you have worked so hard to build the foundation and steps yet they only notice the step railing?

  How is it that you do everything that you need to do to get it, yet not be rewarded by getting it?

  How is it that you did all the research to know what you need to do it yet not have everything that you need?

  How can they forget all that you had done to help them in the past the minute you say you just can't help them this time?

  Unfortunately no one gets everything they deserve. Unfortunately there are times when those people that don't deserve it at all yet they get it. That's just life.

  All you can do is do the best that you can do so you can be proud of YOURSELF. Because at the end of the day, that is what really matters. Not whether you got what you deserved because you might not.
