Did you know you need sunscreen on even in winter?

You can get a sunburn even during the winter when the temperature outside is cold. My grandkids were complaining when I told them they had to wear jackets and pants outside to play. They kept saying it was too hot as they ride their bikes. I could see the thermometer outside said it was fifty six degrees and I could feel the cold breeze blowing. Reluctantly they dressed warm and headed out to play. They kept asking if they could take off their jackets. I was standing outside with them and the sun beating down on me was hot so I finally agreed they could take off their jackets. They had so much fun riding the New bikes we had bought them for Christmas. They were playing outside for nearly two hours when I told them it was time to go inside now to cook dinner. Later when we were sitting down to eat I noticed that they had gotten sunburned on their arms. Who would have thought you needed sunscreen even when it is fifty six degrees out.
