There will be many challenges that you will have to face in life. In order to prevent a circuit overload which will negatively effect your over all well being you should STOP till you decide if it is even a "challenge" you need to face. If you first eliminate those that would be a waste of your time and energy you will have lightened your load of challenges. Next you should put the remaining challenges in a list of priority and face the most important ones head on. Don't overwhelm yourself with a dead line that pushes you to the limit and you will prevent a circuit overload.
