Have you ever worried yourself sick stressing out over what might happen?
Have you ever noticed that the "issue" you thought you would have to face that you had been stressing over turned out to be nothing you needed to worry about?
Have you ever noticed that you are not only mentally but physically wore out despite the positive outcome?
Don't make yourself explore every negative outcome to an "issue" that is doing real damage not because they are happening but because your worried they might happen.
