Choosing to do nothing is still a choice. Ignoring it wont make things better. Complaining about it will only keep it on your mind yet still nothing will get any better. Crying about it will only wear you out. Figure out what you can do and just do it. Then you will have a start on solid ground and you will see more clearly what you can or can not do. With each decision you make followed by action you will relieve some of your stress and make your quality of life better. Things that are weighing you down that you can let go of well......"Just Flush It" out of your mind and let it go.
