Life is tough enough without making it harder on yourself. When a situation arises that makes you angry you need to back-off and think about it before you react. One step back will get you further in life then lunging forward out of anger.You need to .... 1)STOP-take a deep breath, 2) LOOK- at it from every "point of view", 3) LISTEN-to your first gut instinct. When you feel it in your gut it is not always GAS.
