Reach as far as you can
If you let others tell you that you will never reach your goals and you stop trying to reach them then without trying you will definitely not reach them. If you alone believe it is possible and don't give up, you will reach as far as you can. If you think you can then you will. If you think you can't then you will never know because you will never try.
