Human aspects v.s. technology
Technology is good but it still takes human contact to get some things done. It is easy to ignore an e-mail. Sometimes it is just an excuse to simply say I e-mailed them which simply means the buck has been passed and that is all they are required to do. The human touch by telephone or face to face may be required to get any results. Technology seems to be replacing humanity which can sometimes lead to outcomes that are inhumane that no one sees and the human aspect of human beings gets lost in the technology. The closest thing some people get to a hug is a poke on face book.

A common goal
Don't just turn away when you see something happening that you know is morally wrong. It is because wrong doings have been ignored that has made them acceptable therefore a common occurrence. We must set moral standards in society that we demand be upheld unconditionally if we want a morally safe environment to live in. There has to be a change in how we react if we want to make a positive change in the lack of basic human compassion for one another that seems to be so common these days. Let's do whatever we can to make common sense, common decency and common courtesy be common in society.

Do what it takes to make lemonade
If you don't try to fix it then you can't say that it can't be fixed. If you don't try to make your life better then it won't get any better. If you want a different outcome in your present situation then you will have to do something differently. The definition to insanity is doing the same thing over and over again the same way and expecting a different result. No matter how, when, where, or by what circumstances led you to be where you are in life ONLY you can do what it takes to make lemonade out of the lemons you are dealt with.

Squeezing the Life out of you
Take a moment today to think about a simple task that you could do just for you. We tend to put off the things that we need in our chaotic busy lives that would make a World of difference in our "peace of mind" if we take just a moment to do something nice for ourselves every now and again. Stress levels in these tough times we are living in can squeeze the very life out of us if we don't keep it under manageable levels. We must take care of ourselves so that we do not let stress build up in our mind putting tremendous amount of pressure on our physical body squeezing literally the very life out of you.

Fill in slots for yourself
Help when you can but not if you can't. It shouldn't interfere with what you need to do for yourself. Those that run themselves ragged helping others usually don't have someone to help them if they wear themselves down where they can't get up. You won't be able to be there for those around you if you don't take care of yourself first. Fill in slots for your own life then squeeze in time for others if you can.

Somethings you can't recover from
If you let anger stay fresh on your mind it begins to consume every area of your life. When you are angry you put pressure on your physical body also. It starts out over one situation that you could not avoid that starts eating you up inside. You must learn to let go of the anger before it does permanent damage. As you begin to get angry and you feel your body tightening just imagine the pressure on your internal organs. You may recover quickly personally but raising your blood pressure in a fit of anger can bring on Sudden Cardiac Arrest that you can't recover from.

Don't waste another day
Facing your problems head on and fixing them fast does far less damage then avoiding it for so long that the problem just gets bigger. You waste far more energy trying to avoid things over and over again then you would if you just dealt with it so you could forget about it. Putting off things that you will eventually have to face anyway only adds more stressful days that you could avoid if you just do what you got to do. Putting off things till tomorrow only means you wasted another day. Minimize the damage by quickly facing it so you can Just Flush It out of your mind.
