Before you say it out loud

You may forget but they won't. Your words are more powerful than you think. Your words of encouragement can keep them moving when they seem to be going one step forward and falling two steps back. Your words of wisdom can guide them as they go through Life. Your words of love can comfort them on their journeys. Your harsh words can weigh heavy on their mind preventing them from going in the right direction. So before you say it out loud remember what your mom said, If you don't have anything nice to say then don't say anything at all.
