As you are DISCUSSING how your day went..... WHAT PARTS of your DAY will you TELL THEM?
Are you going to be TALKING about the GOOD PARTS about TODAY or are you going to TALK about the BAD PARTS about your DAY TODAY?
If you SPEND all of your TIME TODAY LOOKING for ANYTHING that was NEGATIVE TODAY you will DEFINITELY FIND NEGATIVE THOUGHTS about TODAY.
LIKE the TRAFFIC May have been STRESSFUL TODAY but STRESSFUL or NOT you can ARRIVE LATE and STILL be GLAD YOU ARRIVED safely.
If you WANT to REMEMBER the GOOD PARTS of TODAY you will HAVE TO JUST STOP and ENJOY the GOOD PARTS OF TODAY.
And REMEMBER that EVERY DAY has GOOD PARTS as well as BAD PARTS, that's JUST LIFE.
You have to LEARN HOW to take all the NEGATIVE THINGS that happened and ACCEPT IT then.... JUST FLUSH IT out of your mind.
Because if you want PEACE OF MIND you will have to take ALL the NEGATIVITY and JUST FLUSH IT so PEACE OF MIND will have ROOM to GET IN.
