If it happened in THE PAST....

    WORRYING about what happened in THE PAST is MAKING YOU SICK TODAY.

    STRESSING out about something that happened in THE PAST is STRESSING you out TODAY.

    WISHING you would have done things differently in THE PAST is a WASTE OF YOUR TIME TODAY.

    Don't KEEP IT FRESH on your mind or you will STINK UP ALL YOUR TODAY'S.

     If you are able to APOLOGIZE to anyone you had hurt in THE PAST then APOLOGIZE and JUST FLUSH IT out of your mind so you can ENJOY THE PRESENT.

    If you can't APOLOGIZE then FORGIVE YOURSELF and JUST FLUSH IT out of your mind so you can ENJOY TODAY.

    WE ONLY have THE TIME WE HAVE SO..... ENJOY THE TIME YOU HAVE TODAY by LEAVING THE PAST IN THE PAST so YOU CAN ENJOY YOUR TODAY'S.

    Sometimes there just is NO ANSWER to WHY IT HAPPENED, not even on Google.

    YOU may have not have had a CHANCE to PREVENT it from happening TO YOU....but YOU DO have a CHOICE whether you KEEP IT FRESH on your mind and KEEP RELIVING IT OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

     Take the PAINFUL EXPERIENCES from THE PAST and..... JUST FLUSH IT....OUT OF YOUR MIND.

    If YOU want PEACE OF MIND you have to JUST FLUSH IT so PEACE OF MIND will have ROOM to GET IN.

    MAKE ROOM for PEACE OF MIND. 

    PEACE OF MIND really is JUST A FLUSH AWAY...... YOU GOT TO GET IN THE HABIT and JUST FLUSH IT as it comes.
