Are you really going to follow through with your New Year's Resolution?

     It's EASY to MAKE a NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTION.....but it's also EASY to not follow through on it 

    Before you make a NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTION ask yourself if you are really going to follow through on it?

     Don't make a NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTION that you KNOW that you WON'T DO.

    If you want to have a POSITIVE START to the NEW YEAR.....then START OFF THE NEW YEAR by being HONEST WITH YOURSELF.

    Before you make a NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTION.....Find a QUIET PLACE when you HONESTLY HAVE TIME to sit and THINK CLEARLY about what CHANGES YOU WANT TO HAVE in your LIFE.

    It CAN'T be such a BIG UNREALISTIC CHANGE that you KNOW YOU WON'T DO IT.....just make sure it is something that you will HONESTLY DO to make it YOUR BEST YEAR EVER.

     Start by being HONEST WITH YOURSELF about what CRAP in your life that you wish was DIFFERENT and realize that if you DON'T DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT then NOTHING WILL BE DIFFERENT.

     If you want things to be DIFFERENT you have to do something DIFFERENTLY or otherwise it will be the SAME OLD CRAP just a DIFFERENT YEAR.
