Your first thought could be that today was a BAD DAY.......but your second thought should be.....at least we had a GOOD TIME TOGETHER today.

Instead of filling your mind with THOUGHTS of everything that happened that was NEGATIVE today..... make a list of things that you are THANKFUL FOR that happened today to THINK ABOUT.
You CAN'T have a FEELING without FIRST having a THOUGHT.
Take all the NEGATIVE EXPERIENCES that you had today and JUST FLUSH IT out of your mind and FOCUS on all the POSITIVE EXPERIENCES that you had today.
