If you want PEACE OF MIND you have to MAKE ROOM for it to get in.
So take the time to ACKNOWLEDGE your thoughts and learn what you NEED TO from them then.... JUST FLUSH IT OUT OF YOUR MIND to make ROOM for PEACE OF MIND.
Take the THOUGHTS of WORRYING about ANYTHING that you have NO CONTROL OVER and JUST FLUSH IT OUT OF YOUR MIND to make ROOM for PEACE OF MIND.
Take ANY STRESSFUL THOUGHTS about things that MAY OR MAY NOT HAPPEN and JUST FLUSH IT OUT OF YOUR MIND to make ROOM for PEACE OF MIND to get in.
Our MINDS have an ENDLESS STREAM of THOUGHTS but as long as you DON'T let it GRAB YOUR ATTENTION it doesn't take up ANY ROOM so PEACE OF MIND has ROOM to get in.
You can't STOP the STREAM OF THOUGHTS from coming up but YOU CAN CHOOSE which THOUGHTS you let GRAB YOUR ATTENTION.
You CHOOSE WHICH THOUGHTS you will CHOOSE to THINK ABOUT.
AND you also CHOOSE WHICH THOUGHTS you will FLUSH OUT OF YOUR MIND.
PEACE OF MIND IS JUST A FLUSH AWAY, SO JUST FLUSH IT SO PEACE OF MIND HAS ROOM TO GET IN.
