Be open to learning

    You have to be willing to LISTEN if you want to HEAR what they have to say.

    You have to keep an OPEN MIND if you want to SEE something from a different point of view.

    You have to ACCEPT feed back and NOT get angry when they point out what you should have done differently, that is how they TEACH you.

    If you keep telling yourself you know everything you DON'T need to LISTEN to anyone, then you can't LEARN because you will CLOSE your ears and you won't be LISTENING.

    Be HONEST with yourself. 

   You DON'T know everything and you KNOW that you DON'T know everything so why are you walking around like a KNOW IT ALL refusing to LEARN?

    You can't LEARN what you need to unless you are OPEN to LEARNING.

    When you NEED to KNOW, admit that you DON'T KNOW so you can LEARN what you NEED to KNOW.
