If you don't want it then don't keep it.
Every now and again you have to go through your belongings and keep what you want and get rid of what you don't want.
Because If you don't do this every now and again you, will eventually have stuff crammed everywhere to the point you don't even know what you have.
Just like you need to have spring cleaning in your house you also need to have spring cleaning in your mind.
Take the negative experiences from your past and JUST FLUSH IT out of your mind so it can't keep hurting you over and over again.
When a negative thought pops up trying to grab your attention you have to JUST FLUSH IT as it comes so it can't hurt you over and over again.
JUST FLUSH IT.... it's the ONLY way...If you want PEACE OF MIND you gotta JUST FLUSH IT out of your mind so PEACE OF MIND has ROOM to get in.
