Did you WORRYING about it have any benefits?

   WORRYING yourself sick about things that MAY OR MAY NOT happen does DAMAGE to you whether it HAPPENS OR NOT.

  Don't WORRY about things that are OUT OF YOUR CONTROL because they are OUT OF YOUR CONTROL.

  WORRYING about TOMORROW waste your TODAYS!

  WE ONLY have the TIME WE Have, So DON'T WASTE it WORRYING.

  Like the plaque on my wall says.....

  I asked God for all things that I might ENJOY LIFE, he gave me LIFE that I might ENJOY all things.

  The DAMAGE from WORRYING is done even if you figure out that you had NOTHING to WORRY about.

  WORRYING is DANGEROUS to your HEALTH.

  To distract yourself from WORRISOME THOUGHTS, just sing the song DON'T WORRY BE HAPPY.

  If you want PEACE OF MIND when a Worrisome THOUGHT pops up. JUST FLUSH IT OUT OF YOUR MIND SO PEACE OF MIND HAS ROOM TO GET IN!!
