Did you know that OVERTHINKING things is dangerous to your overall well being?

   The STRESS you endure while you OVERTHINK what could happen, does DAMAGE no matter what actually happens.

   WORRYING about something that may not even happen, does DAMAGE whether it happens or not.

  Your THOUGHTS are the REALITY that you live whether it is the true REALITY or not. 

  OVERTHINKING things creates problems for you that NEVER EXISTED. 

  The DAMAGE to you physically and mentally will be done and it can't be undone. What is done is done.

  The second you start STRESSING,WORRYING AND OVERTHINKING what COULD HAPPEN just STOP and JUST FLUSH IT OUT OF YOUR MIND before any DAMAGE can be done. 

  If it is not a Life or death situation don't make it one by worrying yourself to death.
