When your thoughts DISTRACT you it can make staying on track harder.
When your thoughts DISTRACT you it can keep you from doing what you need to do.
When your thoughts DISTRACT you it can make reaching your goals impossible.
So when you need a change then change your thoughts by DISTRACTING your way of thinking.
When you need to stay focused then don't let thoughts DISTRACT you.
When a thought pops up that evokes negative feelings JUST FLUSH IT out of your mind so it can't DISTRACT you.
Your thoughts are your reality.
Our minds have an endless stream of thoughts that try to grab our attention and it is up to us to choose wisely.
